Why are most of my POs not showing up on the work sheet to be send to device? I have 14 POs that are approved and ready to be received in but there's only 5 showing up on the PO Management window to be sent to device.

Firm pays for services for a customer. I enter them as a bill to a COGS account and mark them as billable to customer. Firm invoices customer. I expected the markup on the invoice to post to the corresponding income account I setup on the COA COGS account under "use for billable expense- enter income account." However it is posting to a seperate income account called "markup." What good is setting them up on the chart of accounts screen if the billable expense's markup does not post there? How do I get the markup on the items to post to the correct income account?
What is the best practice for handling software subscriptions like Office 365 and Adobe products that enforce co-termination? I don't want Quickbooks to adjust the "cost" of an item because I added a license mid-year and the cost is a pro-rated amount.
Hello, I discovered that the Automated Sales Tax within QuickBooks Online is missing a local Colorado sales tax jurisdiction. The jurisdiction is "Southeast Jefferson County LID". I discovered this when I couldn't get the sales tax price to match, when I compared it with the AvaTax sales tax calculator. AvaTax has the additional 0.5% "Southeast Jefferson County LID" sales tax that QuickBooks Online does not seem to have. Is there a way to confirm if QuickBooks Online has this local jurisdiction in their Automated Sales Tax Database? Thank you.
How do I adjust the Simple IRA contribution limit to reflect the Secure 2.0 change which allows companies with less than 25 employees to contribute 110% of the contribution limit starting in 2024. The limit in the system is $16,000, but I can contribute $17,600 based on the Secure 2.0 change. Is there a spot in the system to make this adjustment?
Hi I recently install QB enterprise 2024 and would like to use Barcode scanner (Mobile Computer). Zebra sales recommended TC22 (TC21 is discontinued). Is TC22 compatible with QB advanced warehouse management? I added new warehouse user, linked TC22 with QB desktop, but TC22 keep show "No new picker added". HELP>>> Thanks
My company uses Fishbowl Inventory which has an export to Quickbooks function. For at least a year now, we have had issues with Fishbowl exporting to QB and the fix has always been one of two things:1. Run Quickbooks Database Manager "Start Scan"2. Kill any open qbw.exe tasks or close/clear any Quickbooks windows or errorsUntil recently I had always been using the first option but for the last few weeks option 2 has been working. Neither FB or QB support have been any help in finding a resolution. And today FB said this is a known issue with QB and QB needs to issue a fix. Does anybody know a workaround for this issue? We have to deal with it probably once a day and it's quite annoying.

Wondering if we create a custom field on Salesforce Opportunities that assigns an invoice number, when we use the Sf/Qb connector app to create the invoice in Qb when the Sf opportunity is closed, do we have the option to map the invoice number listed on the Salesforce Opportunity so that it also becomes the invoice number on the Qb invoice?

Technical problem: We have Quickbooks on a terminal server and several users are reporting that clicking the "email" button when viewing a purchase order or any operation that has the "email" button, a small Outlook authentication window appears. When they supply their credentials (we've tried local domain and Azure side email address and password, verified correct), the box quickly reappears as if the credentials were incorrect. The box will close after the second attempt and a Quickbooks error message appears stating it could not log into Outlook.One user states that the dialog for the credentials looks different. Right now the prompt says "Outlook MAPI" and the user claims it used to not say the "MAPI" part. I also have not seen credentials prompts say "MAPI." It's not that weird as it is using the MAPI protocol, but worth mentioning if anyone has ever seen the same thing.We reinstalled Office and Quickbooks, both are up-to-date.There are no logos

Could we retrieve the customer ID from the customers API provided by QuickBooks? For instance, if we intend to obtain the transaction data or any information related to a customer, how do we obtain the identifier for a customer?
When I run Intuit Data Protect, it says that the version I am using is not up to date. When I try and update, nothing happens and IDP is not updated. I have automatic update on in Quickbooks and the IDP file has been updated. Has anyone else seen this problem?
Is there a way to get notified ahead of time whenever there's going to be an update? We manage QB for our clients. Users in these organizations don't have admin rights in the RDS's where QB is hosted. Sometimes QB releases an update and won't let users log into QB until the update is done, so they are stuck until we update QB for them.We'd like to be proactive about this by either updating it the night before users get in, or putting a calendar entry on ourselves to deal with it first thing in the morning (as opposed to dropping whatever plans we had to deal with the "fire" of our clients not being able to get into QB until someone with admin rights clicks on "Update"). Does Intuit have anything in place to send out email notices or something like that? Or even a warning that says something like "QB will need to update soon" whenever a user logs in? Kind of like a "your password will reset in X days" notice, this way at least the users can make a ticket before it's a fir

Only recently when printing checks, red hash marks are printed on checks over laying the numerical amounts. Reviewed preferences both on the main screen and printer dialogue but see nothing that is causing this. Been using the program for several years and it showed up just now. Printer firmware , system software and quickbooks are up to date and have not been updated for months as I am using older hardware.
I am using QuickBooks Desktop Premier Contractor. I create a purchase order for 3 items. We receive the 3 items, and we pay the vendor's invoice. We discover item #2 is the incorrect part. We return the part, and the vendor sends us a credit on our account. I understand how to apply the credit to our account. However, it leaves the returned part in our inventory. How do I remove the item from our inventory?
I use QB Premier Nonprofit edition 2020 (desktop) and it is working fine. I understand the product is no more supported and is discontinued. However, the options I was sold did not match what i was doing, so I discontinued the online versions and am using the old desktop version.2 questions:1. Can i download the discontinued software to a new computer? How? 2. Anything you recommend for a small nonprofit with no employee and no payroll, very little day-to-day operations? I basically receive deposits, have a few expenses and prepare reports every month (Balance sheet, bank reconciliation, P&L budget vs Actual, etc.). The new online versions I was sold by Quickbooks were too broad for my use. The language was all wrong (income vs. donation, etc.) and I could not figure out how to customize, search features were no good at all. BTW, I use Quickbooks Enetrprise for work and use all the functions it comes with (payroll, etc.)Thank you!
I had a vehicle, and I've marked it out of service 2 years ago.I have a new vehicle since then which is Primary.Why do I have to select the Primary for every vehicle-related transaction when there's only one active vehicle, the primary one?Cannot find a solution in help; discovered the community today so trying here... Does anyone elses Quickbooks keep crashing after an update? Sometimes it takes 20-30 times to get logged in.
I am trying to set up the Warehouse Management System for my Company. On the mobile app set up on my Bar Code Scanner, I do not see the option to record the transfer/move of Inventory using the Barcode Scanner. Is this possible? Thank you,
