Is anyone else having issues with Quickbooks online, this morning? It was loading very slow or not at all. Over time I was able to sign in but some functions aren't working. Specifically, I can't open any of my Accounts in Chart of Accounts. The register opens but they are blank (white screen).
We are a manufacturing company and use inventory parts and assembly builds. Our specialty is the infusion of our products.I'd like to track the infusion cost in the assembly item. I'd like to know how to best do this. It's not Labor. It's just the service we provide via our technology.What accounts do I need to use?Currently the Expense is COGS and the Income Account sales. However, it throws my inventory summary off. It never matches the balance sheets inventory asset account. After doing some digging, it seems to be this particular service item.Any suggestion?

Does Quickbooks Desktop have Customer Care Support as extensive as the Online Package?
Hey everyone. I'm hopeful that someone off-script from Intuit or a community member with pull can help me out. I am subscribed to the Quickbooks Self-Employed Tax Bundle. It's supposed to come with TurboTax Online Federal filing plus 1 state for $30/month. About a month ago, I asked how I'm supposed to get everything to TurboTax. Support said I need to use the Tax Checklist and it will import my Quickbooks data into TurboTax and will remove any charges for it. I said, I don't have the Tax Checklist. They said that's odd, but that I would have it soon. Fast forward a couple weeks and I got the Tax checklist. Did everything it said, imported it in, TurboTax Online showed my Schedule C stuff so clearly it imported. Have been doing my taxes the last week on and off. Finally, today, I go to file my taxes, and it wants me to pay for both TurboTax and the State extra. I didn't go any further and contacted support again. They were not rejected by the IRS. I just noticed an error I need to fix.

I urgently need to contact Melio QB Online Payments. The help function on the webpage sends me to a robot that will not allow me to chat with a live person and just keeps giving links to articles. The articles says to contact via chat/ email. Chat is an unhelpful robot....no response to emails sent.Is there a phone number to get in touch with them? QB support claims that QB Online Bill Pay is provided by Melio, thus they cannot help me. It is very urgent that I make contact with the QB Melio support.

This feature is now missing - huge problem. 1. It is not time effective to add the time charges one by one; we need to be able to select all and quickly add them all to the invoice. 2. The time charges sort by newest to oldest, it should be the other way around. 3. This is a mess - it is very easy to miss a time entry.
My deposits have been on hold for more than a month now. They're saying that it will be on an indefinite hold until they decide. I don't think anyone should be trusting this company. Some of the staff are not helpful and dismiss any concerns. The highest you can talk to is a supervisor who can't do anything but take some feedback. I have never had such a bad experience with a company until now. Is there even a solution to this problem?

I have followed all the steps and I am at the point where I open the Migration Tool and find the xml file. When I open the tool this is what I see. I have uninstalled and re-installed the migration tool, and I get the same results. I was online chatting, but after 15 minutes of identifying myself and declaring that was my only problem, I was told it would require a screen share and 20 minutes to go through the process. Surely not! Has anyone else encountered this issue with migration?

The scenario is this:Company A is using Quickbooks, and employs Contractors to deliver a service to ClientsContractors use the platform of Company B (me!) to deliver the service to ClientsThe Contractors send an invoice to Company A to pay for their services with ClientsNormally these invoices are meant for Clients, but Company A is willing to foot the bill for themEach Contractor has their own Stripe Connect account in Company B's platform to create invoices Ultimately, Company A wants to be able to aggregate all the invoices and pay the Contractors out once a month through Quickbooks. I read that you can email receipts and bills to Quickbooks online. I was notified early last week that Intuit had removed the automatic function of attaching a PDF to the invoice when sent by email. I was also informed that I could enable that in settings. I went to Settings, Account and Settings, Sales, Online Delivery and turned the option for PDF on for Invoices. Today, while invoicing, I am AGAIN notified that the setting has been changed and that I must do it all over again. WHY? Leave well enough alone! We pay good money every month for this product and we are bombarded with advertising and changes that DO NOTHING for us, the users and subscribers. Be respectful of our status as YOUR CUSTOMER!
QB needs to fix this in QB online. On a 1099 or W2 vertical or horizontal fine line alignment is critical -- as it's the difference between printing a 1099 or W2 that is readable. In QB Desktop there is a setting to adjust the vertical or horizontal print small amounts up or down so they print properly in a form. . But somebody at QB Online doesn't understand that and tells the user to refer to their printer instructions to align their printer if they need to do that. Most regular printers don't do that. Printer instructions include how to "align the print heads" which sounds the same but is not how to adjust vertically or horizontally for the piece being printed -- that info belongs in the information coming from the device that includes the document that is printing. As a result of not being able to adjust the print up or down or left or right slightly one of the lines on the forms I am printing will not be readable and the
I am a single owner LLC therefore IRS treats me as a disregarded entity. I have always been instructed to use MY NAME on line one and the Trade name on line two. This wasn’t even an option when reviewing the data for 1099! I’m so stressed!
I do the IT work for several customers who use QB Desktop Pro 2021 in Multi-User. One of those customers is also running Payroll Basic. We're in the process of replacing both of the Quickbooks PC's, the QB server and client for use in Mult-User Mode. I've read that the Migrator tool does not copy the Payroll configuration and data to the new PC so I'm planning on installing QB on both PCs and setting up Multi-User and using the QBB file to restore the company file on the server. Does the QBB backup file contain everything that is needed to restore the company file AND all necessary payroll configuration and information to the new PC? If not, what needs to be done to ensure that payroll works and no data is lost? Thanks,, Dave
I am creating an estimate for the first time and for some reason the data filed for Subtotal, Sales Tax, and Total are on the screen but the textboxes are blank, and No $$$ Amount is showing on the PDF, only the screen. The dollar AMOUNT is blank. I have checked the Formatting and for "Footer" both the screen and print boxes are checked, so why is the estimate not showing the $$$ amount in these boxes?
