Hi Team, While syncing Invoices in Quickbooks, we are receiving the below mentioned error. Object Reference Number Error Type Error MessageInvoice IN146201 Invoice Failed to Sync. ERROR CODE:10000, ERROR MESSAGE:An application error has occurred while processing your request, ERROR DETAIL:System Failure Error: Unexpected Internal Error. File no found...I moved my QB to another computer and restored my backups but can pull up the original PDF that were attached to my postings, see below. I can open the ATTACH drop-down screen and see the description of the PDF attachment but get the "File not found" error message when I try to open/double click the PDF... More technical that knowing where to post a debit or credit - hope there's a techie out there who can help. Thanks!

I signed up for Quickbooks at the end of last year. They are now tripling my rate, so I need to either purchase Desktop Pro 2024, or I am going to move to an entirely different accounting program. Has anyone else had this problem. I have called twice and had no help.

after update, i cant backup my data to my shared drive. i only can store external drive like flash drive or my document on my pc. also i cant export to excel anymore it is only csv format.. regular excel option is grey out.. Please advise how to fix this.
My Quickbooks Mac desktop has been crashing when attempting to send an invoice . The funny thing is that it doesn't happen when emailing an invoice.
I have been using quickbooks desktop for a long time. Is quickbooks Desktop being discontinued? If not, how do I find where the cost are published online? All I can find is information on quickbooks online and I do not believe QB online will work for my business.
Since the forced "update" to invoices has gone through, I no longer have access to custom fields in the phone app. It has streamlined the invoice creation so much that it is a hinderance to my business. I create most of my invoices out in the field and it is nearly impossible to try to use QB online through a phone browser. The app used to be great but has now been rendered useless. Additionally all of my products and services were organized by group and now are all thrown together alphabetically. The so called forced upgrades are extremely frustrating. If I can no longer revert back to the old version there has to be a fix made to the new version. I'm not quite sure how all of this could have been overlooked by the developers.

I seriously need some help. I opened my QB account back in October and filled out the application for QB checking and was approved. I have NEVER been able to get this account pending status away despite calling 5 times each one being 1 hour+ just for them to open a case, give me a number then email me back in 4 days letting me know they're closing my case and want a screen shot of the problem so they can review. Well, here is the screen shot! I have emailed this to 3 different people at QB, I shared my screen with all 5 agents I Spoke with on the phone and STILL CANT GET TO MY ACCOUNT. Mind you, the account is fully live. I can accept money, move it and everything but I cant get to envelopes or review the account information. Cant pull bank statements or anything that needs online assistance.Should I just give up and find a new company who can figure this out? all 3 of my other business use QB and have never had a problem but when one comes up no one knows anything!
I entered a new Vendor in Quickbooks Online Advanced. Now it is not found in Vendors list/not found by Search. At first I doubted myself and tried entering again, only to receive message from QBO that the record already exists - yet I can't find it. I have discovered that In Write Checks, the name is found in the Vendor drop down list. So I was able to write the check that I needed to get out, but still do not see the Vendor in the list of Vendors. Help?
I have 4 companies books that I currently keep on Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus 2023. I am thinking of moving to Quickbooks Online, which it seems Intuit is pushing for all customers. However, it looks like I will need a subscription for each different company. Is this correct?
Does obtaining the Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Exam badge mean that I am acknowledged as an Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional in QuickBooks or is there a separate certification for that? I completed the course and recently passed the exam and received the badge but am uncertain if it denotes the same certification status.TIA
When I open QB, I can't access it. All the tab functions are greyed out.
When I create a new company QB is saving the newly created company file in the Temp folder under my user name: C:\Users\myusername\appdata\local\temp\alphanumeric string. The problem is that the Temp folder is cleared by Windows 11 and I am losing my company files. These lost files are unrecoverable. QB should be saving the company files to C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\Intuit\Quickbooks\Company Files. This folder is empty. All my company files are being routed to the file I referenced in the first paragraph. How do I change the default company file save location? I've already lost two company files. I moved a third company file to my desktop before Windows cleared the Temp folder. QB's support could not understand my issue, for some reason. She kept asked me to show her how I backed up files-this has nothing to do with backing up files-it is the company files (qbw) that are being saved or routed to an incorrect location.
Hi there,I am using MAC Desktop 2020. When I'm creating an invoice for a client, the product amount is not reflecting HST tax (I'm in Canada). In the items list, all products have been put as "non-exempt: product income" so the tax should accumulate, but on the invoice and when go to receive payment it does not. I can't see when i've created a "customer" that there is a place to enter a tax code and not in the items list for product either. Any thoughts or help? Thank you so much!
