The box for the Supplier's email is no longer showing on the Payment transaction screen and there is no option to Send the payment notice by email anymore.
My QuickBooks file for the past few years has gotten very bloated.I want to clean it up going back to the start of 2023.I want to only have in it invoices from 2023, invoices from previous years that were paid in 2023 and open previous years invoices. AS well as the products, bills, etc...I wanted to set a start balance for the start of the year and have transactions from 2023.My first plan was to use transactionpro to export data and import data but it is having too many issues for example with invoices that have a negative dollar amount line item on them. Does anyone have a better suggestion? Thank you

I'm blocked from updating one employee's federal withholding because of this pop-up alert. I've made changes to others without any difficulty... but am unable to update just one and need to do so before I run this week's payroll. Please tell me how to proceed. I've requested to speak with a QB "specialist" for 2 days and have not received a call despite numerous requests.
Is there a way to delete unmatched transactions in the bank feed center for QB Premier Desktop 2022?
I have a client who was utilizing PO's and inventory tracking. I adjusted the quantities of inventory to 0, inactivated all products and turned off the inventory tracking. I am now editing the bills to record the expenses in the appropriate accounts. I am able to do this for some bills, but not all. I keep receiving the message: "Something's not quite right, You need to activate this item before updating the quantity". These expenses are either going to COGS or supplies. I've tried to clear my browser's cache and cookies. I'm not sure why I'm receiving this error give I inactivated everything and turned off inventory tracking.
Is there a plan to add purchase orders to QuickBooks Online Advances batch transactions? We create a PO for every bill, so currently we cannot use batch transactions for bills at all.
By IRS law we are required to report our mileage and odometer reading to and from each trip. For example Beginning: Odometer Reading: 15000 Ending Odometer Reading: 150015Start: 123 Main Street End: 321 JoeShome Street - 15 Miles How are we supposed to record each odometer reading trip in Quickbooks Plus Subscription?
Several advance payments have been made to employees against our payroll. The advances were occasional and for various amounts. Payroll was run as if no advance payment was made and the cheque cut for the nett pay, less any advances made during the period. The bank transactions cannot be matched to the payroll as the amounts are not the same. How could this be dealt with to match past transactions, and how should this be done in the future? On our employees’ paystub under BENEFITS where it shows the employees Paid Time Off, it only shows either their PTO USED or their PTO AVAILABLE. It will not show both. For example, one of our employees has used 56 hours of PTO this year and their available balance is 24. On that employees’ paystub it shows: USED 0 and AVAILABLE 24. It should show USED 56 and AVAILABLE 24.I have tried to fix it and when I make any changes within the employees profile it show the USED hours and 0 for the AVAILABLE balance. It just switches up. It’s always showing one column as 0 while giving the total under the other column. I appreciate your help. Thank you.
When reviewing bill details, I used to be able to zoom in on the displayed invoice. Is that no longer an option? If so, there is not much of a point in using this feature anymore. Which is disappointing.
This is totally unacceptable. You have had deposits on hold for 2 weeks now ($24K). I have called multiple times (even 3 times yesterday alone) with absolutely no resolution. The customer service team can only "take notes" and cannot correct the situation, lies to you (as I was told the SYSTEM ERROR was corrected and I would have my funds in 24 hours), LAST WEDNESDAY. Still nothing. I have called several times since to be told "I will have a supervisor call me"...never happens. I was told "this has been escalated" ...it's been 8 days now since escalation - although I was told that escalations only take 2-3 business days, so why are we now 8 days out from the first escalation (now there are multiple escalations and still nothing)? The fact of the matter is you withholding these funds will put me out of business if it continues any longer. Can ANYONE please help? I am spinning my wheels and have spent so many hours on this, not getting anywhere.
Apologies if this already been answered, I did some searching but couldn't find the exact situation... At the start of the month I manually download QBO files to import bank data for the past month. I go through the deposits and add them in to the register from the bank feeds center. I am trying to match up the downloaded deposits to some invoices to mark them as payments on those invoices. I understand this isn't the typical workflow of receive payments to undeposited funds and then make the deposit, but I'm hoping there's a way to match it up? Thank you!
The instructions to add a business checking account indicates Search for and select American Express Business Credit Card & Checking (US). However this is not listed in the American Express list of options in QB Pro Plus 2023 desktop for direct connect Thank you Roberta
I can work around and export to pdf and save the file. Then open and print directly from Preview or Adobe. But that is a pain to do.

Hello, We have QB Enterprise (mfg) 2021 and our company file set up on WS2019 and it has been working very well up to this point, however my network has grown to the point where I need to start separating our original /24 subnet into VLANs with different IP ranges. The problem is that when I move any of our existing client PCs (or the server itself, despite setting static DNS A-records) over to a new VLAN, they are unable to use QB - unless logging in with the QB Admin credentials. This is not an NTFS permissions issue or a network path issue - the users can all access the company file and everything else in that shared directory as usual. I have also temporarily disabled the server firewall to ensure that isn't the issue. The problem can be replicated by moving a PC to a different VLAN and simply launching QB. The normal QB login prompt appears and the user is authenticated, but then is immediately presented with "Connection has been lost" error. This also occurs if the user
I have many open PO's in my system and wish to tidy them up however I am not quite sure how.
I had a bookkeeper who did everything online, but now I'd like to simplify and go back to my trusty desktop QB 2018 version. My business is not large, I need to cut spending wherever possible and I'd prefer to not have to pay a subscription fee. I'm currently using Simple Start, is it possible to migrate back to 2018? I have heard it's possible and that there's a work-around.
Once we apply a partial delivery invoice to an open Purchase Order, the PO balance shows $0.00 under the Vendor transactions list instead of the new open balance. Does this happen with anyone else using QBO? The balance should be showing an open $748.22.
I turned on class tracking, but I can't add a class to my chart of accounts.
