Purchase orders in QuickBooks for Mac has a date field for both creation date and expected delivery date. There doesn't seem to be an Expected delivery date in Purchase Orders in QuickBooks Online. Is it hiding somewhere? Or need to be added somehow?
QuickBooks was previously mapped to our Q Drive on one of our computers but now I can't find it. Any idea what I can do?

Has QuickBooks 2023 fixed the update option so we can turn off the automatic update? Will this matter going to be fixed anytime in the future? Does Intuit care that this issue really needs to be fixed with their backend department!! Just to note----please do NOT ask me to call into tech support---they are no help on this matter. This is a program issue and the programmers need to correct this flaw. I really am not sure why it has not been taken care of since this has been an issue since QB's 2018. Come on just correct the glitch in the program!!
Just curious .... I am currently a level 6. If I were to change positions or company affiliation, how to I retain my "level" when I have a new address? I have used QB Desktop for some years at multiple organizations, and I have no idea what my "level" would be if all my historical activity was in one place. It seems I should have used a personal email address & name, but alas, "too soon old, too late schmart". Is there a place where I can change my profile so at least now my level will go with me wherever I go?
My desktop version just got renewed and I can't get past the product registration because quikbooks doesn't have 24/7 support which is beyond frustrating. I'm trying to run a business and I can't log in because of a trivial registration code.
Hello! I have noticed that the Balance showing on the A/R report, and the A/R Balance on the Balance sheet are off.I believe there is one customer balance affecting this. When I bring up the "Customer Centre" , and pull up this specific customer, the balance total shown is $5153.31. However, when I open the "Receive payments" it does not show this amount anywhere, and only shows that the customer owes. When I try to fix this, both the Balance on the G/L and the subledger change, when I actually only want to reduce the amount on the G/L. Also, when I try to fix this- I am having a problem balancing this customers account because when I try to reduce the balance I see on the "Customer center" it will create a credit- but then I have nothing to apply that credit to, and it just stays on the customer's account. If anyone has some suggestions on how I can fix this- that would be greatly appreciated !! I have attached a screenshot to show what I am talki
Hello QB support,We upgraded our QB enterprise from 2022 to 2024 a week ago. One of our company files has no issues but the other company file crashes when accessing bank feeds. We have checked the vendors for unaccepted special characters and tried switching bank feeds to classic view. Before switching to classic view, an error message would appear stating the following:System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt at AdvancedBankfeedsWorkflow.WPF.ViewModel.Helpers.QBONLI32.QBOLBCenter_ExecuteCmd(String strCmd, stXML& data) at g.a(String A_0[] A_1)
Is it possible to run QuickBooks 2008 in Windows 10 or 11? I have a friend who uses QuickBooks 2008 in Windows XP on a very old computer. She wants to get a new computer, but if 2008 won't run under a new version of Windows, she'll have to upgrade that as well, and she doesn't want to spend over $600/year.I've come across different answers online. Some say it can't be done. Some say it can be done if you download old versions of certain Windows components, which I don't want to get into. Some say it can be done if you run it in Windows 7 compatibility mode (which I don't mind doing).Is there a definitive answer?
Recently, when you add a new vendor via the banking transaction feed, it adds the vendor to both the Company and Name fields. For example, if the merchant is Ford Motor Company, it adds "Ford Motor Company" to the company field, but also adds "Ford" to the first name field, "Motor" to the middle name field, and "Company" to the last name field. This is a huge pain - I have to delete the values in the first, middle and last name fields each time I create a vendor from the banking transaction feed. Any way to stop this?
I have self employed and I had one CPA on there previously. I removed them to add a new one and now there is a blank page with save at the bottom.
I am hoping this is a bug. I use no advanced Time features and this has been included until this week.
Two customers processed on the first, as scheduled. Then they processed again on the 15th and I had to refund them. Today, I see one of those same customers processed yesterday. How do I fix this. Customers get really mad when you take money without notice.
