Hello all, Does QBSE have a way to set up reminders to re-authorize link to bank? Mine keeps expiring before I realise, and then after I reconnect, I have to manually import all the missing transactions. A reminder before the authorisation expires would be so helpful!Thanks, Heather
Hi I am quite new to quickbooks and accounting. Please could someone help me with setting up an interest only mortgage in the accounts and then tell me where the interest payments go to. Any help would be appreciated
For car sales etc then we need to offset the cost to sell purchases against the sales so we get the correct VAT figure. Is there a simple solution to this?

I don't need these columns and they are taking up too much space. They are not on the list to uncheck in the setting gear.
I'm new to Online and seeting up my standard accounts and getting frustrated at finding out how to produce teh statdard detailed profit and loss account much used in Desktop. Is it another feature Online dropped?
I am getting an email bouncing back saying 'this email is not registered for receipt forwarding'. But it is!
Under dashboard and All sections, there is pretty much nothing available. I cannot access invoices, estimates, transactions, customers and more because the icons to access them are not there at all. This onpy started happening this year and only happens sporadically but its a major issue as I cannot invoice clients or check payments made etc. is there a quick fix? The app is updated, the phone is updated.The website seems to work but is difficult to navigate/access when Im bot home on the computer

Why did QB have to change the layout of payroll is beyond me! On the previous version, everything including Gateway Submission, email and download pay slips, pension CSV file etc. were on the pay history page which was so much easier. Now, we have to invite employees to view their payslips (my employees don't want access, they just want their pay slips, P60 etc to be emailed to them). For the CSV file we have to go to Reports, search for workplace pension and then download it from there! This is all so unnecessary and time consuming. QBO created an EPS on my last pay run when no changes were made! Things were much simpler and easy to access. Took me over an hour on chat with a QB assistant on my last pay run to work out all these unnecessary changes! Why all these changes!! Updates are supposed to make things easier not the other way round!
