I am using spreadsheet sync to update customer invoices but keep getting a message showing error - no data available. The invoices are uploaded correctly and I have over 3,000 invoices a year. Does anyone else have the same problem?
I have set-up a workflow for a supplier bill approval but workflow is not sending the bill for approval. The invoice states it needs approval but the flag shows it still needs to be sent. I am creating the invoice and I am the primary admin and my colleague who is admin needs to be the approver. Does anyone know why the bill is not being sent for approval?
I have an invoice which needs to be written off as bad debt and another which needs the amount on the invoice adjusted down. I am being told that because I am using the flat rate scheme once the VAT return has been filed then these invoices cannot be changed. This leads to a situation where these invoices will always show as unpaid and overdue and partially paid. This therefore makes my figures in quickbooks wrong and shows I am owed more money than I actually am. I am being told nothing can be done to resolve this and therefore my quickbooks account will always be wrong. So despite being able to resolve this with HMRC directly quickbooks can do nothing about it. I can't believe that this is the case as I am sure at some point or other most businesses will need to write off an invoice or adjust it regardless of which type f accounting
every report defaults to the modern style. i prefer the classic style and have to change each report.
I started a reconciliation today and have messed it up, so I would like to start over but how can I restart or delete? Thanks for any help.
Hi, I am setting up our QBO and I have set up a product&service with a debtor account entered as the income account, this is how we have had it set up in QBD. However, when I enter an invoice using this product/service it defaults to the Uncategorized Income account. This is incorrect for me. Why is it doing this? How can I make it go to the debtor account I want?
hi i have a inactive customer that i need to make active again, can you tell me how thanks again
In a recent Quickbook webinar organised by our accountant agency and Quickbooks, we were told that the Cash Flow Planner (Beta) is available to all online users and IOS users. I saw 'Cash Flow' listed in the left land panel on the web version on the trainer's screen, and the Cash Flow button in shortcuts in his IOS, when clicked, there is the chart that shows prediction to future months. However I couldn't find the menu entrance nor the chart with a prediction on cash flow in our web versoin and on IOS. The trainer said we should speak to our accountant for access, but our accountant said we should check with Quickbooks. Could anyone please help and advise what we need to do? Thanks
