I have checked my location is available and have green ticks beside all the permissions. I have also tried tracking individually but get nothing, even though the little icon at the top of my phone says auto tracking on. I'm out of ideas. Please help

I cant seem to enter my bank charges during reconciliation process, i have tried the "new" and "bank deposits" but i have to debit and account and credit another account. Bank charges are fee deducted by the bank at the end of the month.I need help on how to go about this

I have two clients, their finally pay run of march/april ends 6th April, pay date being 11th April. The pay run prior to this will be run this week-10th mar-23rd march, pay date 28th march. Im a little confused on how and when. To process year end payroll.

Hi, receipt images no longer show in I phone app. Message says - image failed to load, yet they show fine when log in to QB on Mac    i have updated to latest version of app. Should I try deleting and reinstalling phone app? Thanks

I want to delete this stupid, useless account, because I don't need it. I have never had a subscription, just a client who foolishly signed up to crapbooks. I have since advised her to change to better software.All I keep getting are emails saying "you need to do something extra before we can delete", yet when I click the link in the email, I have to sign in and takes me to a page where there is no mention of it needing anything.After I had gone round this email-useless link root three times, I then noticed something saying you have to cancel your subscription before you can delete your data. I clicked on the link which said "how to cancel your subscription" - guess what? A blank page!Not only is your software useless, you can't even show people how to leave your nightmare.Just delete my flipping data, you morons!

Can someone please advise me how I can record a credit card cashback payment and then use it to pay invoices.My accountant told me to enter the cashback as 'other income' but then I cannot pay invoices with 'other income' so I think it must be in the wrong place.Basically I want to record it as an income and then spend it to pay bills.Please help thanks

I need to raise a sales invoice for the sale of a company van, how do I do that on QB ?

I asked this in the 'payroll year-end 24/25 drop in session' but nobody replied - when will P60s for 24/25 tax year be available under Core Payroll? Also, can we have P32 and P11 reports for the whole tax year? They currently still only show the months under Core Payroll and omit the months under the former Standard Payroll product. Thanks
