Hi all, Is it possible to either:a) import journal entries with VAT accounted for orb) reclassify multiple transactions from journal entries to account for the VAT? Thanks,Hayley
My invoices look a mess and I am not happy with this presentation to clients. Its embarrassing i cannot use the date column. Where is the date add box!! Would share photos if there was an option to do so.
Why was I asked to share my bank data
Hello, I’ve recently started a new subscription and would appreciate some guidance with the setup. My company, Property Hive Group (PHG), manages lettings blocks. One of our sites, Leicester One, is a 56-unit development and will need to be set up with its own dedicated client account.Leicester One will be receiving all rental income from tenants and managing its expenses from this account. I’ll also need to generate monthly profit and loss reports and raise invoices from PHG to Leicester One for our management services, as well as for any applicable chargebacks.Could someone please advise on the best way to set this up within the system? Many thanks in advance.
How can I change/update this?
client name only appears as the promo client code, not the company name on my list. Maybe I didn`t set it up correctly How do I change it to appear on my practice list by company name?
It seems that the modern view has the fiscal dates as the default Financial Year dates. This is very frustrating as we have to change the date manually now and it leaves the possibility of running the wrong report if we forget the dates change. The classic view seems to have the correct setting but every time if we click on an item and click on back to report, it reverts to the modern view with the incorrect dates. This is unsatisfactory as we spend so much time now just selecting dates.I will be seeking alternative products for all my clients.
I can see the amount is selected correctly and I can see the box is ticked correctly. It just doesn't update once I save it.
When I look at the audit history the transactions is described as 'indirect edit by system'
Hi,I'm Payrolling the benefit for a shared company car but I'm finding that the value of the benefit being calculated in Quickbooks is too low. Has anyone else noticed the same? The Price for Car = £13995Using an Appropriate percentage - 30% = £4198.50but QB rounds this down to get a Cash Equivalent of £4198The car is shared between 5 employees, so I make that £839.60 However, QB is truncating the amount and using £839 to calculate the amount to be payrolled. That means I'm 60p off for each employee each month, so by the end of the year I'll be £36 short on the amount payrolled. Is this a bug or my misunderstanding? I've put the Benefit calculation log below.
