I can't run or setup payroll because it wants me to pay for it, when I try to directs me to go to my google play subscription but there's no option for payroll on google play.

When I try to link our company's Manulife bank account to QB online, it prompts a message that we should turn on multi-currency mode. I'm hesitant to do so as we are not doing multi-currency transactions.
Hi. I use QB online. Lately it's showing me a comparison of my P&L to last year, and I like the rest of the business overview but I don't want this comparison. Would anyone have a way to take out that part of the P&L square? Thank you.
I'm from Quebec and the federal and provincial taxes and the RRQ are not properly deducted from the payroll. It was alright before the 1st of July but since, I have to manually change them.It take out like $ 110 to much on the RRQ.Thank you,
It would allow adding new inventory items without adding to the price rules once they are set-up. You can then create pricing changes based on items income account and type of customer

Ok I will try to get an answer from someone who knows Quickbooks. I am entering in YTD for payroll. Jan to July. I have entered the YTD as do not affect accounts. The opening balance shows no amount to carry forward in the payroll liabilities, on the Bal Sheet. but does show up in the pay liabilities window, I was able to pay the deduction for July in this window in August. How can I get this amount to show on the BAL sheet without affecting retained earnings?
I pay my bills in Quickbooks online through "Pay Bills". When I'm doing that I can see the open balance for my outstanding bills but I can't see if I've previously paid a portion of any of the bills. Is there a way to change the format so I can see if I've previously made a payment on any of my outstanding bills? For instance, if I could see the total bill amount I would be able to see that the outstanding balance is less than the total bill and I would be able to tell that I've already made a partial payment on the bill. Due to the nature of our business, bills are often paid in multiple partial payments and not necessarily in order of age. Having to look up previous payments through the vendor record really slows things down.
I am currently entering in YTD employee information for the calendar year 2023. Our fiscal year is Aug to July. I would like to enter in the fiscal year payroll, but do not wish to affect the retained earnings. As well how do I enter in source deduction payments as the Payroll Liability has not reduced as at the year end.

hi i followed the instructions but it does not actually merge the classes rather it adds to the name of one of them "deleted" at the end? i should add i get the prompt asking me if i want to merge the classes, i click yes, and then they do not actually merge. rather one class gets "deleted" added to the end of the name
The account is the same but named two different things. I have multiple transactions in there that have been recorded twice for example, vehicle payment

Please note that we no longer use QB, the only access we need is for consulting. We have contacted you months ago and someone from your team explained to us that there is a possibility to renew our plan yearly paying only the amount we normally pay for a company. Hello,I work for a homebuilder, we have just started in QuickBooks Online, I used the desktop version the past 10 years or so..I enter contractor/supplier invoices in the "Cheque" screen to be able to track the invoices via class(project) and then print cheques to be mailed. My question is, when entering the invoices to be paid, where do I put the invoice number so that if an invoice number was previously used/entered, QuickBooks will have a pop up to warn you its been previously used? I put it in the memo line as both just the number and invoice 1234 but it let me save both entries and the message did not pop up that it was previously used. I really want it to flag it like it did on desktop.One other question, the invoice number or whatever detail used in the memo box shows up at the bottom of the printed cheque as it should but it does not say memo or have a line, is there a way to get that to appear?
