My condo Board has made two separate special assessments in the last year.What is the best method in QuickBooks to set up a method of tracking these assessments from collecting the funds through to tracking the expenditures? Our homeowners want to know where their money is, where it has already been spent and where it will be spent with a reasonable level of detailed breakdown.Would it be appropriate to set up Classes or sub-Classes?Are there any particular methods which should be avoided? Any practical advice or examples would be appreciated.
I make food products in my business, and occasionally I have loss or spoilage. So I use cost of goods value to make something, and instead of getting the income from it, I have to toss it and would like to track this.Should I just create an expense category, and add expenses and debt the cost of goods to the spoilage account? Something like that?
Hi,I pay our suppliers monthly upon receipt of a statement, which lists the invoices in sequential invoice number order.Some statements will have 50 or more invoices for each day.At present QB lists the bills in date order first, but after that the order is random which means it can take me 3 hours to go through one statement as I search to match up bill nos with the list in QB.How can I get the write chq or bill payment screen to list the bills in bill no order please? If I could do this it would make bill paying so much quicker.Thank you!

HelloI am a relatively new QB user. I want to be able to print inventory label for my stockroom shelves as well as my parts, but can't seem to find much information on whether QB desktop will print labels and if it won't what 3rd party apps do a good job of this. Can anybody offer me any advice?

It just started doing it, I've tried resetting everything and re entering my bank info with no change. Syncing my bank (Scotiabank) has had constant issues since QuickBooks introduced two factor authentication. Nothing seems to work properly and QuickBooks has been no help at all

I see that Roles with Customer User Permissions is now supported in Quickbooks Online Advanced, which is great to see. But when I try to use a user with custom permissions in the iPadOS App, I receive the error below. Is there a timeline on when this will be supported in the iOS app and not just through the web app?
