Hi There - I've done a lot of googling and playing around with my QB and I cannot seem to figure out how to track my sick time. I dont have a sick/Vacation button anywhere in company preferences or in the specific employee record. Does premier not support this feature? Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.

I uploaded my expense via snap receipts, and select create expense, but it doesn’t show up under my expenses ,
We just realized we made an error in a sales tax period last year and want to correct the error. I go into file/file sales tax, choose the agency, and get the popup to choose date and choose the relevant period. But while the revenue figure is correct, the rest of the numbers make no sense i.e. 'GST Collected' on sales of $10,000 shows as is $42.50. I assume this is because the return has been filed for that period. Is there a way to 'Unfile' a tax return and recalculate, or at least get the correct figures that are applicable to that period?
When I posted the GST paid in the GST paid on purchases of $15,000 it should have changed the final GST Summary report but it didn't budge a penny.
How do I make a payment on my credit card?
I need to correct two employees deductions that is over six months old by issuing new pay cheques with the corrected deductions. Quickbooks won't allow me to make new paycheques past 6 months old. Is there a way to do this?
I've been using QB Pro 2017 on my desktop PC for several years. I decided today to also install it on my laptop.I don't have a DVD drive on my laptop so I copied all the DVD installation disk files to a USB stick and then to the laptop. Ran the setup file, entered my license and product codes and everything seemed to go fine. When I run QB I get the screen to 'Begin Activation' But when I click that I get an error "Browser not supported. Download the latest version of one of these browsers"The rest of the page is blank, there are no other browsers listed. My laptop is connected to the internet and I have the latest versions of Chrome and Edge installed.I've tried multiple times and have rebooted the laptop but I can't get beyond this activation step. Any help appreciated. Thanks
I have multicurrency set up. But still it's defaulting to CDN. How can I create products and invoices in USD and all customers in USD?
I want to add a Product Name and list of other related products below. So, the first product does not require a quantity or unit price.
