Which category do we use to classify the Ontario Trillium Benefit (OTB) in Quickbooks Online?When you are a Sole Proprietor business, it's simply considered a personal deduction, right? Should the OTB Gov Refund transaction show in your Balance Sheet like this? For example:Personal Deductions (Gov Credits):OTB | Ontario Trillium Benefit Trying to find the best way to report it in my files.
I'm getting an error message saying an ROE can't be generated because there are no insurable earnings - but that's wrong because I've paid this employee weekly since Aug 26 and we're now Oct 17. What is wrong??

There is a downloadable update file for QuickBooks Desktop 2024 called "Update340r9_11834003_en_STD.exe" [removed] I am downloading an update file in QBDT that is 525,535 bytes long. It is an extremely slow download and 80% has taken over two hours. Unfortunately, QBDT update does not show the name of the file or the update number. Are the two files the same? I need to re-reconcile several months back because I had to void a cheque that stale dated. However, when I remove the "R" from some journal entry transactions in the "Account History" I'm receiving an error "The sum of split amounts must be equal to zero" (See attached). I don't understand what this means and why it's causing an issue? The entries are balanced
With the new Desktop updates, when I collapse the P&L statement I am only getting two lines, one for "ordinary income/expense" and one for "other income/expense". How can I show the report with the collapsed category lines??
They have deducted payroll tax money a week ago but will not allow me to make a payroll submission to pay my employees without sending them a wire transfer in the same amount of money they have already been sitting on. Apparently it hasn't cleared something in their system although the money has been withdrawn from my account.

I have set up recurring monthly invoices for my clients, and I have set up online payment, which I know works as my clients have been using it to pay with their credit cards. However, when my clients get their emailed invoices and click through the link to pay by credit card, they get the option to save their credit card for future use, but not to set up autopay.I have a QuickBook Essentials account. I have followed everything in the below instructions and I have not been able to make autopay show up as an option.
