Can I export all data from online?

When I search for the payment I can't find it, other than in the Federal Payroll tax section, it won't show up in bank reconciliation or even when I search the amount

How do I make a portable backup copy to send to my accountant from Quickbooks Online? My accountant does not use QBO and has requested a portable copy of my QB to review. Can you provide instructions for how I am able to do this from QBO?

I just migrated my data to QBO from another software.  I ended up with three Retained Earnings accounts.  Two had no transactions; one did (via Run Report).  I was able to Make Inactive one transaction-less account, but I'm getting an error message on the second saying I cannot remove an Account Type "Retained Earnings".  Is there a way to remove it so that I only have one Retained Earnings account?

Good morning,  I will be setting up a group RRSP through QBO. Our plan will meet the restriction requirement to be classified as a non-cash taxable benefit. I've included the exact wording:  "Your contributions are considered non-cash benefits and are not insurable if your employees cannot withdraw the amounts from a group RRSP (except for withdrawals under the Home Buyers' Plan or Lifelong Learning Plan) before the employees retire or cease to be employed." How do I set up the RRSP Company Contribution in QBO so that the contributions are pensionable but not insurable? And likewise included in the T4 boxes 14, 26, 40.  Thank you

I would like to have one template that goes out with US invoices and a different one with Canadian invoices. I know how to customize the template itself, just wondering if I can create a second template.

A few other widgets are showing "this year" , but my sales shows "this fiscal year".  I know I can do a  profit and loss report, but the dashboard is helpful for a quick glance.

Can I change from Accountant to Company Admin User?

Hi, I want to widen the column in an onscreen report so that I can read more of the Memo field.  I've searched and only found: "In order to change the columns size you just need to click and drag the three dots at the end of any columns name."  However, this is not working.  I remember that grabbing the 3 dots (cursor would change also) used to work but it doesn't now.  All that I can do is change the order of the columns via mouse.  I see the 3 dots.  I can move columns around but I CANNOT change the column width.  Even reducing the number of columns does nothing...at least I was hoping that the system would display the shown columns across the window but instead no widths change that way either. Is this a bug? Sure, a workaround is to export to Excel but that's not the result I'm looking for. Thoughts?? Thanks,QuickBooks Desktop User
