I'm using QB Online Ireland version. I want to create customer types. I see the tutorial online but I don't have the "Create Customer Type" in my "Customer" screen.
I cannot find where to edit the email message templates and update them.

Hi,I am using Quickbooks online. We have got some Advance Payments(Prepayments) and Overpayments by the Customer. Now we want it to enter into Quickbooks Online but we are not able to find any option for the same.Please advice if any option is available to enter Advance and Overpayments in Quickbooks Online.If yes, please explain how to do this.
The action could not be completed because another user was creating,editing or deleting a transaction with inventory products at exactly the same time.
