Hi,in my P&L under expenses, I have unusual entries namely wages that have been paid to staff. The wages are paid by direct debit and recorded as an expense in QBO, could somebody suggest why this is happening and also offer a solution on how to remove them from the P&LBest regards,Noel

In November our online QuickBooks account was hacked!!!!! Whom ever got into the account managed to write over $100,000.00 in checks out directly from our account. We spent hours on the phone and on emails writing QuickBooks to advise them of the issue. Only to get the run around and continuously be told our situation would be escalated and we would hear back from someone shortly. It is now 12/13/2023 and still not one response from this company. We have changed passwords switched bank accounts, done the whole nine yards. Very unhappy. But with over 10 years of info in their system its hard to go somewhere else. Now this month all of our stuff has been changed with what they say is an update. and I have to dig deep into the system to find new estimates and clients entered in over the last 2 days and cannot enter internal memos. This is just pure garbage. How can i run a company when this company cannot keep there stuff together themselves. I called yet again this morning to get the sam

Hello,My company is based in Ireland. There is no default VAT code for postponed VAT accounting on the Quickbooks Online system. I can see on other discussion threads that there is a "PVAT" code in Quickbooks in the UK, but nothing shows on my version. Please advise. Thanks for your help. Paul
