Hi, Can 2 US QuickBooks licenses be used to maintain one for posting US books and another for Non-US (Asian countries) posting books? How does multi currency is address along other country specific statutory compliance wrt to taxes. Please suggest pros and cons along with any risks. Also does Migration of such books from other accounting software to be handled?

Trying to cancel my QuickBooks Simple Start subscription, which always (on every browser, every other computer, in Chrome incognito mode etc.) gives the same error: Unable to process your request at this time. Please sign out and try again later. If the issue persists, please contact support and reference this message.(Error code:-81611) Tried to contact support via chat, first time simple didn't get any answer (support specialist asked some basic questions and disappeared at some point, no response), second time I've been told that they do not have my account in the system and operator immediately ended the chat. While I provided my organization ID, login info etc., even numbers of invoices I received throughout 3 years of my subscription etc., I can also access my account and see all of my data - but somehow QuickBooks support can't see it. I mean, what kind of support is that??

From my laptop I can generate a packing slip after generating an invoice. But from my phone, I can only generate the invoice and not packing slip. This causes problems as I can't deliver the goods when I'm on the go without a packing slip.

Hi,we are a not-for-profit in Ireland that must suffer the expense of input VAT on all purchases, and has zero output VAT as we provide an exempt service.We must be registered for VAT in order to account for reverse charge VAT on EU intra-community purchases, and also on domestic Relevant Contracts Tax-able purchases.We have recently migrated to QBO and the way we have set up VAT QBO is not recognizing input VAT as an expense (it seems it is assuming we are able to reclaim input VAT), so P&L reports are inaccurate. It also seems very likely that when VAT3 return is due for filing at end April it will also be inaccurate as a result.Can anybody help with the correct way to set up VAT on QBO in our circumstances?thanks

Quickbooks service is not great. I have been unable to resolve this issue for weeks now. This is unacceptable as information is required in real time from your customers. Yet , we cannot even get a hold of someone that can assist. So far QBO Costa Rica has been the worst experience compared to other global accounts.
