Hi, I was very confused with QBO. Here's my case. 1. At first, I set my entire QBO account into zero zero everything. 2. All my items/inventory are also at ZERO QTY on hand. I checked Charts of Accounts > Inventory Asset > Ending balance Php0.00 , which is correct. 3. I went back to Sales > Products and Services > locate one of my products > edit > adjust quantity > under Inventory Adjustment account, i chose "Stocks/Inventory Top Up" > New Qty i put 3 , with the impression that my inventory asset will also update into ending balance of Php150 total. 4. I went back to my charts of account > Inventory Asset > ending balance is still at Php0.000 Seems like QBO is telling me that "Items adjust quantity" would mean "minus to assets" , not "add to assets"? Why is that? I thought that when I added /adjusted the quantity of my stocks/inventory from zero to 3, my inventory asset value would increase. Please enlighten me on this. Thank you!
I was connected this week but it stopped working with "The app was connected by another user" even today when nobody else can be online.

Im constantly getting an error code 106 stating that quickbooks cannot find my bank account, its been fine for about two years now it just does not want to connect, I have spoken to Metro bank and they say there is no issues at there end and to get in contact with Quickbooks.Im 100% certain Im entering the correct passwords for my account.I don't want to go down the route of having to enter my feeds maually,Please let me know if there is a solution to this before I have to seek my account software elsewhere.Thanks...

I had a cx wanting to understand why he couldn't see his attachments he attached in his account in his mobile app and suggests that the system be updated to where it can at least show that there is an attachment even if it can't be viewed via mobile device to prevent from having to reattach each attachment twice

Hi QuickBook Community, I am setting up QuickBooks for my own company in India. Under banking, when I review the transactions to add Payee Name and Category, and then if I do not click on Add, I noticed the payee and category vanish once I log back in. Is that normal? Also, if I am in India, is there a customer support help number available? I couldn't find one online that was working. Many thanks!
