Basically, I have a report created that I just want one addition column to show, which is aging. I can't find how to add that column to the report. I was able to add it to several reports that I created when we used to use QuickBooks Desktop, but can't find it in the Online version. It would also be nice if I'm able to have maximum aging days appear in the group totals row. I have already looked at the A/R Aging Detail Report and that does not solve my problem. Even on that report I can't get a column that shows the number of days for a specific invoice, just the aging period that it fits into. Even if I could customize the periods to 1 day each with like 2000 periods (which I can't find a way to modify anyways), I need the report grouped by customer so it wouldn't help. I've also looked at the older Accounts Receivable Aging Detail Report, but it doesn't allow me to add some of the specific columns that I need to include.

Hello Experts! Thanks in Advance for your help. I'm wondering if there is an already built report that would give me Net Income by Class & Month. Please see below example, and I have attached it as well. I do not need to see any of the other P&L accounts and their balances - I just want the final net income number.If there is not an already built report, can someone point me in the right direction of creating my own custom report? When I create a journal entry, it does not show up when I go to customer's transactions.
Our business gets lump sum payments from processors (e.g. Stripe). These often include inventory sales that we need to "Match." When doing so, we need more than 5 resolving transactions to account for the lump sum payment properly. I tried just now and QBO would not let me enter more than 5 resolving transactions when "Matching" an inventory sale that's often included (along with other types of revenue) in these lump sum payments. So I take it Intuit hasn't done anything to resolve (as it were) this issue yet. (The issue was raised over a year ago in Community post I also replied to just now. Am posted here also because I'm not sure of the best place to raise this question.) Curiously, when you "Categorize" (rather than "Match") a transaction, you apparently can use "Split" to add an unlimited number of transactions to reconcile a lump sum payment. But it won't allow me to "Match" an included inventory sale, so that didn't seem to solve my proble
My boss said he doesn't want a profit and loss because he needs to see the deposit detail, I brought him the deposit detail and he said it doesn't have all the number of deposits added up at the end. I would appreciate it if someone would help me with that.

Good Morning All;I have a Bill from a vendor that I need to void and apply its payments to a currently open bill. However, the bill is posted on a closed month. I understand I can issue a JE for the bill, but I am unsure how to apply the payments to the open invoice. I apologize in advance for the lack of knowledge. I am learning accounting and want to have good accounting habits. Thank you very much in advance for any assistance 🙂
Amounts on balance sheet do not equal amounts on trial balance. Both were run on the same day and both are on the accrual basis. Trial balance amounts are correct and the balance sheet amounts are not and the balance sheet is out of balance. Out of the 4 accounts that are wrong on the balance sheet, 3 of them are the cash accounts and 1 is a current liability account.
Heres a short list of problems;- Automatically averages up pricing of products ($14.99 to $15)- Doesn't allow me to put in anything in "rep" field that I previously was able to do in the app- The format for the invoice is completely different, even after selecting our premade template. Our payment instructions now no longer exist and I cannot put them there.Why update the app, change everything, and take away previous abilities? I'm forced to use the web version now, either mobile or desktop. The exact opposite of the point of having a mobile app

Good morning QB Community! I am working on PayPal bank reconciliation. One of the "payment hold" in July was not released until mid-August. As a result, the "ending available balance" on the July PayPal bank statement includes an extra "payment hold," which is not part of the actual sales income/expense transaction. In this situation, do I reconcile against the balance excluding payment holds/releases? Or is there a journal entry that I can create? Thank you!

I went to do my invoicing and the connection to Google calendar that I've relied on for years no longer works. I have a lot of tiny clients and have to bill hourly. I chatted with Intuit (don't bother) and while the first person investigated and told it wasn't working "at this time", I don't think the last person even knew what Google Calendar was, let alone that there was ever a connector. I finally asked them to call me and got a nice person who said there have been a lot of strong reactions to things that no longer work with the new invoice, but couldn't really help me. So, a month's worth of 15 -60 minute increments is going to have to be entered entirely manually. Searched online, finally decided to try Minute7. Wish me luck.
Why did all the categories gone missing from my expenses that were already save?

Why can't I create a simple PO in QB online essentials?
I have set up several contractors and have entered their social security numbers but when I go to view or edit them, I only see last 4 digits. how can I see the full social security number?
