The a direct deposit was added without applying to the open invoice which means the aging shows the balance is still open, what can I do to fix this and keep the deposit 10/2023?
My logo is pretty small when it appears on the invoice. Is there a way to resize it in QB online or will I need to do it elsewhere and import the larger one
Hello, We are having an issue with how our credit card expenses are categorized. We have the back account and the credit card synced with QuickBooks. Every time someone spends on the card, we expense it out, easy peasy. But, when we pay off the total sum of the card at the end of the month, it shows the total amount (say $10,000) as an expense as well. So it is doubling what we actually spend. What are we doing wrong?
I created a “Project Location” field to better manage our customers for whom we service multiple locations but use central billing. Why doesn’t it show up on the fillable form in the mobile app when I try to create an invoice. It shows up in both desktop and mobile browsers but not the mobile app.
Is there a way to export Purchase orders to an Excel file with the MPN included, so I can copy and paste to my vendor's site without having to retype my whole PO.?
When I run a balance sheet report that is filtered by class, my bank deposits are not showing up in the report. If I turn off the class filter, they show up just fine and all of the balances are accurate. However, when filtered by class, the deposits don't show up. How do I get a deposit that is attributed to a class to show up in a report that is filtered by class? Thanks!

First, I would like to say I am not a bookkeeper or financial controller - I am my our business' IT admin asking on behalf of our financial department; with that said, I might not have all the correct terms down and am happy to clarify if I can... but my understanding is we are seeing a difference between our older Quickbooks desktop software verses Quickbooks Online and was wondering if there was a way around the difference we are seeing. Within our old desktop software, when viewing transaction listings of our AmEx statement, we were able to see specific descriptions of the class (usually they related to the specific branch/campus the charge was made for). Within QBO, the class description says only "Split" for every transaction in the list. <See Summit Image 1> Our bookkeeper, to find the specific relation for the transaction, then needs to click in with each individual line to see what actual class description is applied to that line. Further mo
I am trying to find a report that can show me the splits on vendor transactions. We currently do not use Quickbooks for inventory, but use our part numbers when we prepare out invoices. I would like to run a report that shows the splits so that I can correct the parts going into inventory in Quickbooks. Also I am unsure how to prevent splits for inventory going forward.
