Moving from desktop to online, we have customers that we track by the type of customer they are such as a mowing customer, fertilizing customer or snow removal. How do I keep track of this online? Before each season we send out letters by mail merge and I don't see an option for this online?

For a little more context, I had a car, and it was stolen, and now I don't have a car.
i can't find my electronic payment in my banking account
Is it possible to import Sales Journal, Cash Received Journal, Purchases Journal, Payments Journal and General Ledger Journal in an Excel CSV format into QuickBooks Desktop Pro? If yes, what is the procedure? Thanks.
I accidentally started an invoice out as a quote. How do i convert it to an quote?
If I paid business expenses with a personal checking account prior to opening my business and QuickBooks checking accounts, how do I log those expenses without linking the personal checking account to QuickBooks? I'm specifically trying to account for the cost of starting the business (website, domain, mailing service, insurance, business laptop, state filing fees, attorney fees, tax advisor fees, etc.) that were all paid through a personal checking account that I'd rather not link to QuickBooks.
I have found a couple threads in the community pertaining to this but seems to be related to the desktop version. I have confirmed the Vendor credits exist when I search for them in the search bar but they do not appear under my vendor's account. I am so confused I feel like crying. Pleading for help as I'm trying to pay bills. Thank you!
the type is credit card
2nd notification of fraud. The responses given to confirm or deny the charge are not recognized by the system. Then asked to call but the call center is closed. How can that be on fraudulent cases that there is no one to help. Green dot can’t help without permission from Quickbooks. If your offering banking services then they need to be secure 24/7
My question is exactly as the title says. I started doing business in 2022 and received Venmo payments, which I then transferred to my account, then I made a business bank account in 2023 that I began to use. I'm not sure what the entry would be to record the income from 2022. I think I would credit shareholder's distribution, but I don't know what the debit would be. I would really appreciate some help. Thank you!! 🙂
I can adjust how much is requested for payment on my PC. But I wasn't offered a way to adjust payment amount through the mobile app.
Creating duplicate statements
I have customers who pay "as they can" and if I send a fixed amount it can lead to them either being unable to pay the set amount OR paying less than they might be able to pay. Without this flexibility it requires the customer to reach out each time they want to make a payment and has caused delays in payment reciept.
No details. I just want to export the Chart of Accounts, preferably to Excel. I see no way to do this.
It looks like Quickbooks changed the template for invoices to add wording. It says Ways to pay in blue with paypal and venmo logo. I do NOT want that on my invoices. How can I get rid of it
Bank transactions upload to all checking & credit care acc'ts-just not statements. Statements beginning 02/23 to present needed.
i want to schedule a bill payment through my checking account in Quick books
New self-employed user, so appreciate your patience!I have one primary client. When they pay me for my services, it often includes a portion of "reimbursement" for things my LLC has paid for, such as materials and travel. I don't want to be taxed for the part of the payment that isn't actual income, but don't know how to categorize it appropriately. I figured out how to split the transaction into two accounts, the primary one being "income", but I'm unsure how to properly categorize the expense reimbursement. Thanks in advance!
