Is there a way to just select a past invoice to view it without selecting the edit button? The old way was faster and if an edit was needed, there it was.

I was notified by Stete of NJ that I missed 2022 NJ-927 and some WR-30. Where do I find my records?I am pretty sure I have filed but need to find the records for the State of NJ.
We have scrap invoices received and I’d like to use “create invoice” to record them. Right now we only have ‘Sales’ account but want to create ‘other income’ account and use them to record. Any walk through on how to create one?
I moved a product to inactive, how do i find it and move back to active?
I need to delete some accounts from my chart of accounts. NOT just make them inactive. These are: 1) experimental accounts that have no archival value2) duplicates of accounts that were created during a restore (marked "deleted") These need to go away. (Note: I want a hard DELETE so there is no way these get mixed up in the future. Not just a "make inactive" which is a boneheaded way to run things.)
A payment was rung up on the POS and downloaded into QB and shows as an undeposited fund.The CC payment glitched and did not go through so no payment was ever received. What is the best wayto account for this non-payment and clear the undeposited fund?

I am setting up a new batch of recurring invoices to be sent out on the 1st of every month. I set them to be created 15 days early so I can add any additional charges that may be necessary. The invoices have not automatically populated as they are set up to be. What could I be doing wrong? Thanks!
