Hello, I've just launched a small candle business and am currently trading as a Sole Trader (not VAT registered). I have a Shopify website but I am confused how to deal with invoices and Shopify fees. Do i need to manually create an invoice in Quickbooks every time I make a sale? Do those invoices have to be emailed to the customer from Quickbooks before I can mark them as paid? How do I account for the shopify fee? I think it might be easier if i use Quickbooks online but I am able to use that if I am not VAT registered? Please help!
I want the cloud version so can upload receipts on my phone etc but want to do proper details on my PC

we are planning to create our own crm/erp which all branch data snapchat are on that crm we have multiple branch? and we use quickbook desktop what should i do, or there are any guide how can i start in . like I'm planning to create website which all branch are connected to one portal and see our top sale, top product on different branch in one click

Hi we used to use the QB labs tool to import invoice templates and build bespoke templates but that function is no longer available
Hi,We would like to be able to create custom reports. We know how to customize the reports that are available within QB but they have significant limitations. We spend hours each month manipulating data exported to Excel to create the reports we need. The data held within the custom fields is particularly important to us.We have tried using Reach Reporting but can't access invoices, products or custom fields through their platform. Does anybody have any ideas please? Thanks
In the usable version I click on Expenses and a report of all expenses is generated. I can filter by All or Bills and by Supplier. From the filtered list I can click on the line and open the transaction or I can click on the Green Button top right and enter new bills, receipts etc. In the report there is a hyperlink on the right allowing me to branch to Make Payment. This is not the case for company number 2 and the Expenses menu selection takes me to an All your Expenses in one place screen where you can link bank accounts. I can find a similar report however after entering a new bill I cannot find it in the report

Hi, I have been trtying to understand how much my business will be charged for using the invoice payment system that links to payment apps (like Paypal) A lot of my customers would like to pay either from the link on the invoice or over the phone.My issue is, I supply a relatively high value product and I couldnt give away 2 or even 3% of my sale to a payment facility company. So I wondered, is there a cap? The kind of figures I am talking about are £8K to £15K per transaction. I do also issue smaller invoices in the range of £120 - £3000 for repair services. Clearly I don't want to lose £300 on a large invoice. Many thanks for any help and clarity you can provide. Andrew
Have to re open app to send invoice and delete multiple also happens on creating new customer ?? Desktop version fine ??
The app works on the iPad and I did try downloading the self employed app on the SE which opened fine. I have also tried uninstalling it the reinstall and also restarting the phone but it still crashes.
I have deleted cache. I have unistalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing works online, I can't even connect with my bank.
