When it came to my subscription to renew instead of just using my account like it always does in my bank, it came up saying I'm not subscribed anymore I checked my bank I had enough funds, but no matter what I do pause cancel and renew it will not register that I am subscribed anymore but I need this app to send my invoices on all of my work is on here!
Hi. I use QB self employed and I am unable to get a response from QB assistant regarding my bank connection. I tried back in July, and again this month, no response at all. I called the helpline and they told me they don't deal with QB self employed, and told me to go to QB support, but this just led me back in a circle to QB assistant, which does not work!! It is so frustrating. Is there a way I can contact QB by email or is there a way to make a complaint about this? This customer service is unacceptable.
I have raised an invoice for an existing customer but there is a credit (possible miss match from before) of £20.00 and I need to remove the credit before I invoice them.Any suggestions?Thanks in advance Mick
Today I am finding that when I go into QB, if I click on any of the sections on the left ie. Transactions, Expenses etc, QB opens a new tab on my browser. Also, if I try to scroll down the page using my mouse, instead of scrolling, the display adjusts size! Is anyone having the same problem. It is making it quite difficult to use QB today.
What went wrong and why is it impossible to contact them. Is there a refund period or something?
New client has sent invite twice now. I click to accept and get hmmm that didnt work, then get sent a code and invited to change my password. I change password and it still doesnt work. What do I need to do to add the new client to the profile Im using (not my license)? Please help, I dont want to have to go back to him again!
This is their message: I received new laptop and my password for entering the QB was deleted. Unfortunately, I don’t remember it and I can’t restore it - user has to go through double-check identification and when the second one gives me an error. And I don’t know what to do.
