Hello!1. How do I add extra users (over 5) - need to add more sales reps who can do invoices & dispatches, see details for their sale contracts but not everything there is on the firm.2. How do I add custom users (where I can customise access levels)? Help file (accessed from inside QB) mentions that I need some sort of subscribtion over "Plus" level (what we have now), but I see no way to upgrade.
Hi, I need to update my billing info, but every time I try and access the billing part of my account, I just get the greyed out screen and 4 green dots spinning forever. Been like it for 24 hours at least. Any suggestions on what I can do before my account is stopped because they can't take a payment? Thanks
Hi,I have moved to QuickBooks Online and now need to cancel my subscription to QuickBooks Self Employed - I understand the process is to go to settings, billing info... but the billing info is not loading - it's just a blank screen. Can you advise please. Thanks Steve
I have the accountants account for quickbooks online. I r3ecently added a client for QBSE as he did not need QBO. I can access it in my accountants log in. But how do I give access to QBSE to my client ? I cannot see how to send an invitation. I have phoned up and tried helplines but just keep getting passed to another person. Thanks

Hello, I have this prompt message when I opened my Quickbooks Desktop version 17. I think this is because the product expiry mentioned in the information will be on September 1st. We already have the latest version, but I am wondering if we I can still keep the 2017 version? Thank you.
Hi All Is anyone else experiencing being logged out of the IOS / iPhone app more frequently than usual since the last update (Version 20.8.1) - and therefor losing whatever data has just been entered (eg creating an invoice) as they haven't reached the save screen. I have 3 users separately reporting this since last Thursday. I don't know whether it affects the IOS app, but in settings on the web app, all users are set to "sign me out if inactive for 3 hours" (which is the maximum). In this case, I believe we're talking 10-15 mins (distracted by a customer, or call) and then when they go back to finish the invoice, they're logged out. Thanks James
Hello, I purchased an online subscription and immediately cancelled after discovering that the self-employed package cannot be upgraded. The support person said i can get a refund within the first two months, but there is no mechanism to do this. Please can someone help to resolve this. Thanks,Simon.
I am curious about how QBO works. When you first sign up to a set of books/Company it is done so with an email. Does that email serve as the Account email for that Company/set of books? Is that account email the email of the Master Admin? What if the Master Admin user changes the email under Manage users in QBO after login? What happens if the Master Admin user changes the user credentials in intuit page? What if there are multiple users in QBO? In that case which email is adopted to serve as the Account email for that Company/set of books? What if email of Company/set of books is changed under Account Settings?Please reply for my understanding.
Hi there, I would like to know what security functionality there is for Quickbooks online, and whether or not this can be controlled for all accounts within a business. For example: - Can a password policy be set (length, complexity, age, etc.)- Can multifactor authentication be enforced and if so, what types are available- Can the logs of what our users do within Quickbooks be exported to a third party log storage solution- Any other security functionality that can be set for all users, perhaps via policies?
