When we initially signed up for QBO I used my personal paypal account as we didn't have our business paypal setup yet. Now that it is setup I'd like to switch our subscription to the business paypal but can't figure out how to do that.
Every time I log in to Quickbooks, I'm asked to upgrade. I also get MailChimp ads while I'm using the site. I am a paying subscriber and I do not want to upgrade, nor do I want to be pestered with the BS every time I log in. I have to close these stupid popups every login. How to turn off?
Greetings :) I wish to update a number of our GL accounts to make our ledger fit our business better. I wish to update the NAME and NUMBER fields for many accounts. I will not be changing any other field, just the NAME and NUMBER fields. I can easily do this, but wanted to clarify the implications of these changes before I started work. Can someone confirm for me that the NAME and NUMBER fields of an account are only cosmetic? What I mean is that I believe I can change these fields in any GL and it will not impact any process that QBO does. For instance, all my RECURRING TRANSACTIONS will be unaffected (other than showing a new NAME/NUMBER for the account involved). Another example would be reports. I assume they will show new NAMES and NUMBERS but outside the potential reordering of the report due to the new number, all will be as before. Am I correct in my assumptions? QBO seems to think I owe them money all my invoices show paid. The invoice they show me doesn't match any invoices I have and they have refunded me twice in the last two weeks two different amount. They have now locked me out of QBO it takes forever to get a Tier 2 support to call you. I can't do my job, my clients are getting mad and the customer support at QBO is terrible. How does a company say that you owe but refund you money, what is going on with the development team in the background that can't fix an issue they created. It won't even allow me to change my billing information so I could at least get back to work.
