Hello, I have sought solutions to this problem already, but after Condensing my company file on Quickbooks Desktop, I still cannot create new List Entries. Is there a way to delete old List Entries or terms? Say, from older than 10 years ago?I'd like to edit my company file to make room for new List Entries WITHOUT having to upgrade to QB Enterprise. Please help, I am at my wits' end here. Thank you.
We recently converted to QBO in December 22. I setup several employees to have only vendor access and bills STANDARD LIMITED CUSTOMERS/VENDORS. I just discovered that no matter what access I give them, even STANDARD - NO ACCESS they can still search an employee's name in the search at the top and it will show prior year payroll checks. Is that because those converted items are looked at as non emploee/payroll transactions?? Please advise.... Thank you
I use ADP for payroll which is mapped to quickbooks and create a journey entry for each category of payroll (i.e workers comp, pay, taxes...) I just created two employee benefits which both have deductions from the employee which I know need to go into a liability account but I'm confused on how to set them up to properly track not only the credit but the deduction since the employer portion is paid as one lump sum and then creates a negative in the liability account. example. employee A elects to partake in a benefit that cost $100/mo with employer paying 50%. Each month $50 is deducted from the paycheck and recorded via journey entry from ADP into a liability account. but each month my bank account pays the vendor $100. if I deduct the amount form the liability it now has a negative $50. second benefit is set top the exact same except its 100% employee paid, however I also have said befit so again for example. benefit costs $100. each month $100 is deducted from

Hello - we recently moved from QB Desktop Enterprise to Online Advanced. I set up several custom form styles for invoices, estimates etc. however it appears my employees do not have the ability to access them. When they are creating an invoice/estimate, there is no "customize" button available to them like the one I see I called support and was told that the only way a user will have that "customize" button available to them is if they have admin access. There's just no way that can actually be correct. A service technician has to be able to access the company's standard estimate form without also being able to see payroll, send money, etc...right??

Hello, we are in Brazil, but my colleagues and I work for a company in the USA with a few other companies below it. I will support the implementation of QuickBooks Online in these companies, while my colleagues will participate in operational and financial control, which is why we need the App running on our cell phones, which are Android and IOS. However, we were unable to access the QuickBooks Online application in Brazil. So what do you suggest we do?

Intuit requiring to log in to an online account to access Quickbooks desktop Pro 2018 is forcing users to spend way too much time logging in each day.Logging in each time interferes with my daily flow of activity. It is bothersome, annoying, intrusive, overbearing and any good will Intuit had with customers just disappeared. My day is busy and intuit you are not securing our account you are interfering with my access each day. Not a good service. We paid for a database that is on our computer not on the cloud not on the internet. We should only be required to log into our own database. Why exactly does Intuit need an online account, my company does not use any online services with Intuit.There is no need for us to have to log in each time just to access a desktop database . Intuit, please change your requirement as soon as possible. We are now looking at other accounting databases.
I am new to QB and I am trying to reconcile my credit card account for the first time. It is one main credit card account with two credit cards. I have already connected the bank to QB for these credit card accounts but each one comes over separately. I would like to make a parent account and edit the two existing credit card accounts to make them sub accounts to the parent account. Is it ok to do this after the fact? I already have all of the transactions coming over for each credit card separately. But I don't think I can reconcile it because both credit cards are reported under one statement from the bank.
I signed up for QBO. I read that there was a free 55 minute onboarding call as part of my plan. How do initiate this call? I received emails about bookkeeping services but nothing about a free on-boarding call.
Hello,I'd like an isolated list of just my customers and no other info. Definitely not jobs associated with them, etc. Ideally I was hoping to export this to Excel. I have tried looking everywhere, in the Lists tab, Company tab, Excel Dropdown, and there is no way that I've found to get just that information simply and cleanly into a different program for quick reference. Is there a way to generate ONLY a list of Customers? I have Quickbooks Desktop 2020.Thanks.
