I am trying to share my P and L with my staff but I would like some of the line items to be hidden. How can I do that?
I have read the instructions on how to export customer information. I have also looked at how to import customer information. On the import from what I can tell, you must use the included template with the wizard ... but that template doesn't include jobs that are used under each client. What am I missing? Also, the template only allows for the most basic of information to be added.
When trying to file payroll reports, the reporting agent form is not showing up when opening the QB file on a different computer, but it shows up on some computers when opened.
I understand that QuickBooks Online automatically saves my data, but how do I save a copy for my own records?
I have having severe issues with my QB freezing up when I am using it. It seems like I have the same issue running reports or entering transactions. My file size is around 80MB, so I don't think that's the problem. Any ideas from anyone? The only thing I can see that may be an issue is that I store my company file on a jump drive so that I can access it on multiple computers. Any help is appreciated! I'm about to lose my mind!

Last Tuesday, when I tried to login to Quickbooks Online, I got a notice that my account had been deactivated. I was not notified in any way, just everything unavailable. I have spent most of the last five days trying to get Quickbooks to reactivate my account. The crowning moment so far was when they told me that my account was just fine. How do I get someone's attention and get this fixed? I have Federal and State reporting coming up in the next week, and I need the data (copies of invoices, product volumes, etc) in Quickbooks to accurately file these.Thanks!
I have a marketing person who is seeking a method to track leads. She is tracking touch-points. She wants to track last contact date, method (phone or in-person), and preferably a next contact generator. She won't access sales forms, win projects, deal with billing. This is basically a touch-point tracking system need.
I work in a church office. In addition to the budget vs actual report that shows all accounts, I need to print budget vs actual reports for individual accounts. Like one each for Children's, Youth, Small Groups, etc... so I can send those reports to the ministry leader for those individual accounts.
I can create a report but I can't find a way to print it
