We are extremely displeased with this company and have been due to their increasing prices. We used to use desktop versions at $250 for at least 5 years, now they want $550 or online for over $1000 per year!!!!!!!! And now they are resorting to tricks such as not refunding billings that were not cancelled when we did cancel them. Where will this end?!!!
Good afternoon! I have a QBO account using an email as the User ID, but also have a MINT account using the same User ID. How can I log into my QBO account and not the MINT account? Seems like this should not be a new situation and should be simple, but I am having issues..... Thank you!
Lost employee who knew how to log into both our companies online QuickBooks. One I have the username and password for, the other one I don't. How can I find out how to log into the second company?
Recently got an additional business bank account on top of 3 I already have. Bank was not able to connect that new bank account my existing login because it had different EIN. They had to upgrade my online stuff to a commercial banking experience that has the old accounts and new account. The old login is also still active for the time being. If I disconnect QB from the old login and then login with the new login, will my older accounts that were there be able to sync? or will it risk creating new bank account registers for the older accounts? Asked Support and they were dumbfounded.

We are going to be merging 2 companies that we own into one. We currently have an account in Quikbooks for each company and we are especially concerned about the financial aspects (balance sheets, profit & loss, general ledger, etc), that all information from Company #2 merges into Company #1. So my question is....is this something that can be done? If it is, is there a Quikbooks agent that is very familiar with doing this procedure that can walk us thru it? We would like to speak with someone instead of just writing us directions. We have an event room where we hold different classes. I have people come in to teach art, knitting, cookie decorating, etc. They choose what they want to charge per person as a registration fee. I take care of collecting the registration payments and then pay the instructor one lump sum after the class. How do I categorize that lump sum payment made to the instructor for teaching the class? It's not contract labor because the customers are paying the instructor to take the class. The payment is just getting paid to us first (because we keep a portion of the sale) and then we pay the instructor.
On the Mileage page it shows the Potential Deduction for 2022, but on expense reports it shows zero expenses.
We have a shop with several local craft vendors that have their items for sale in our shop. We take the payment for items sold and then in turn pay the vendor (minus a fee) for their sales. How do I categorize payments made to the vendor for their sales?

I just transferred my Quickbooks 2014 pro desktop to my new Windows 11 computer. My old computer was a Windows 10. Everything seemed to go well. I tried to send an invoice, but it didn't attach the invoice as a PDF. I tried changing settings under Quickbook properties under security under permissions. Didn't work. I ended up finding. Microsoft settings XPS turned it on everything works fine. Now I'm trying to change the security permissions. Under Quickbooks, back to where they were, and they don't wanna change how. Does 1 do that?
As soon as I hit the Account and settings tab a new window pops up that says "We couldn't process your payment. Make sure your billing info is up to date."Payments have been going through just fine and ive tried multiple other cards but nothing works. Its also asking me to subscribe to Live Cleanup for $500, which I dont want to do, but hitting the subscribe button for that is the only thing I havn't tried to see if it clears the error but I dont want to risk getting charged by trying it. Please help
