My husband and I access QBO; my cell phone is the primary number to text a code for our MFA login. I would like to add his as another option, so he does not have to call me to ask for the code.
I have a question about selling and tracking gift cards. I am running a Lego store and frequently purchase collections that are brought into the store. I either purchase with cash or issue a store credit/gift card for the amount of purchase. I would like to run this through Square for retail and QBO. Is there a way to do this so that I can track the gift cards/cash? Thanks for the help.
I am trying to issue condensed financial statements, without detailing each income and expense item. I feel there should be a simple way to do this. Exporting and modifying in Excel is not the solution.

This version of QB's online is a desktop app and not being ran from a browser. It's constantly interrupting work flow while working in Adobe Illustrator and will popup when customers and I are making changes to artwork. I usually turn on the privacy feature to avoid exposing information, but it's getting tiresome constantly minimizing while working. I prefer the app over browser functionality and don't want to close the entire app down to avoid the interruptions. Any help appreciated.
Wanting to dissolve a LLC and I need P & L's for prior years and after speaking with someone at QB he said they delete all info after the yer. Is this correct? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Under manage users, I went to "Add User", reactivated him. But, list shows him as "inactive". then when I sign out and go back in, he's not in the user list anymore.
Hello, My business is based in The Gambia and the local currency is GMD Dalasi. I want to enter Owners Equity into QBO which was in USD $. I've activated multicurrency but when I want to setup up The Owner Equity account in the Chart if Accounts there is no option to enter this in USD $. Is this a QBO limitation or is there a way? It is critical to find out because all this will link to 'Retained Profits', 'profit sharing,' 'dividends' etc whch will all be in USD $. Thanks in advance.

The company was purchased. Would like to split the QBO file to have one file for all transactions before close date and one company file with just transactions after the close date. Is there a way to split a QBO account in two by date?
