I am still unsure which QB product is best for our not for profit planning organization/committee - operating on grants from government, billing back to grants based on time of employees spent on different activities. I am not sure if QB online or pro would fit best? we would not need more than 3 users. thank you in advance
Hello QB Community! I'm having a problem; my payments through wise are not appearing in my Bank Feeds/ Quickbooks. Or may be there is an unusual delay (It's been 3 days) in their posting. They are already deducted from the Bank Account. What do I need to do? Hold for a day or more? Ask QB Support to fix the issue? Or manually do the entries? Looking forward to a response.

All my transactions are completely gone. There were over 1200 when I started, and I've been working on them all night. Now they have vanished and Quickbooks just says "that's all the information that we have. Download more transactions from your bank"

The bank is completely baffled by this problem. I'm even willing to delete this account and do a manual input but I don't know if that will work now that the bank has changed name.
How do I run an unpaid bills report by project?
As a non-profit, I'm using Classes to separate expenses by Fund, Donors to track Donor detail, and Tag Groups to track Projects separately from Donors. Currently in QB, Donors can't be separated from Projects, which is a problem when you have multiple Donors per Project and multiple Projects per Donor.
Good Morning,So the issue I have is my account was deleted with no notice. Nobody emailed me, nobody called, no communication at all. And of course there is no number to call as well. But guess what happened today??! Thats right, you guessed it, I was billed by quickbooks. So I cannot login into the account bevause all of the logins say I do not exist, and they emailed the reciept to an email that intuit says is not on file! AWESOME! WTH is going on??!
How to correct my income?
I've accepted dozens of invitations over the years, but the most recent received from a client is having issues. I click 'accept invitation', which came to the correct email tied to my QBO account. I log in and it takes me to typical "Welcome back....choose the accounting firm.... to accept invitation". I click my firm as usual, and it's taking me to a screen that looks identical but without the 2 words "Welcome back". When I click on my firm name again, it takes me nowhere.... very frustrating.
I was on the line with qb for an hour and she could not figure it out.
Can not reconcile checking account because there is a Difference. Do not understand what the entries mean
