A few months ago I called support about an issue, I requested an email be sent to reference this call. Somehow I got involved with a third party company, that I purchased the 2022 license from. Our company did get the product and support but I'm not sure how a third party got involved? I am being charged by them & annually from Intiut for the product & support. Has this ever happened to anyone else?
at 4am and 2am Melio allows vendors to import themselves into my QBO and attach invoices as well into my QBO, we already have these vendors and so it creates the name again with a period at the end and imports old invoices into our system, this is creating a major mess. We have to delete all the bills and vendor again and again.
Good Morning does anyone have experience merging their QB and Clover POS inventory together...I cannot seem to find a way to do this, although Im told I ct can be done thx Chuck S
My discount subscription expired yesterday yet I was expecting auto renewal with the discount. Advise how to ave the discount reapplied to my account !
I am tryign to connect Proshop ERP to quickbooks and the guy who did the integration said that I have to find the GUID in quickbooks online for each account and enter them in Proshop, but I cannot find the GUID's in QB online.
These payments shouldn't count toward P/L. If I categorize them as Personal spending, they don't, but then the quarterly tax estimate is off.
Essentially my hope was to use the "For Review" area as a way to batch organize transactions before clicking "Confirm" - however anytime I update a transaction without confirming none of my adjustments to any field actually stick.Category, Billable, Class, Tags ... nothing really ever actually applies. That is when I refresh the page all of that work is basically gone. The alternative is to just batch confirm but then I have to literally go transaction by transaction which really defeats the whole purpose. Can someone please advise? This is driving me crazy seeing a feature that COULD really save a ton of time basically be useless fas there is no way to batch update transactions after they are confirmed as far as I can tell.Thank you!Is this a bug?
I am using Desktop Pro 2021. All functions of QB were working as they should until after a recent update which I believe was related to the internal browser (Internet Explorer) being discontinued, update R10. Now when I try to open loan manager I get an error message that says cannot find file. These are the steps I have performed so far that have been unsucessful. Ran Quick Fix in th QB tool hubMade sure IE is in compatibility mode. I have ran the reboot.batthen tried to move the .lmr by doing the following: search for the original .lmr file: Close QuickBooks.Use the Microsoft Windows Search function to find the original .lmr file.Right-click the .lmr file in the results list and select Copy. Make sure to select the old .lmr file.Paste it to a removable disk. Then, you can rename the empty .lmr file before moving the original file. Here’s how: Close QuickBooks.Re
Using QB 2021 desktop for Mac. Googled a few sites and then came here. We do a fair amount of web hosting which we bill quarterly. I want to be able to automate invoicing for every three months. The instructions online usually say "go to gear" and, unless I'm missing something, there is no gear in QB for mac. Also no menu item for recurring invoice. Attached is screen shot of my menu choices. Thanks in advance for your help.
My subscription to QBO Advanced needs to be renewed. I did receive at least two emails saying I needed to do that by today and if not today, it'll be cancelled. They provided the date it needed to be done by (7/18) and the amount ($1620/yr). I log in today (7/18) to pay for another year. They said it was cancelled already, and that I can resubscribe to a new annual rate of $2160/yr, which is 33% more.I called their 877# on top of this page and quickly fell into a convo with two different reps. All together, I was on the phone for over 70 minutes. I explained the above situation and even sent in screen shots of the emails. The 2nd rep told me she saw the $1620 rate in her computer, but said her higher ups would not honor it. They were adamant that the only option was to pay $2160 one-time. And there's no option to downgrade or switch monthly. I'm now looking for alternatives to QB.I was a cheerleader for QB. Started with them in 1997. It was a big box with a manual the size of a novel,
We have placed order for a MacBook. Once it arrives, how do I convert our PC-based QuickBooks files to use on the MacBook?
I had a falling out with my bookkeepers and they sent over my records in a QBX file. I can't seem to figure out how to get that into my QBO account. The instructions I have found want me to convert the file in QB Desktop, but I don't have access to QB Desktop. I don't want to talk to my old bookkeepers unless I absolutely have to. Is there another way?
I am working on fiscal year-end taxes for our C Corporation. We DO NOT use banking feed nor invoicing through QB Desktop Pro Plus 2022. Square is our current vendor for processing CC payments. They report our Gross Income to the IRS via a 1099-K. We manually add deposits (Net Sales after Square has removed their fees) in a lump deposit a few times a week. Each deposit represents numerous customers from a day. PROBLEM When I try to make a G/J entry to record an entire year of Square's Merchant Fees (Expense) by debiting the Merchant Fees Expense Account and crediting either Sales or Deposits (Income), then the Gross Profit figures on my P/L sheet obviously rise the same amount. I need our Gross Profit to stay as it is, which is accurate. This is the actual revenue reported to the state every month. QUESTION 1: How do I make ONE G/J entry to record an entire year of Square Merchant Fees WITHOUT changing the Income/Sales/Total Income/Gross Profit at all? Does anyone kn
I recently upgraded to Quickbooks for Mac 2020 from an older Windows-based Quickbooks. In my older Windows-based QB, I could create a statement from the Customer Center by right-mouse clicking on the customer and selecting "Statements". My Mac version does not appear to have this feature, making creating individual statements cumbersome. Is there a way to achieve this in QB Desktop for Mac 2020? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Also cannot login via the iPhone app (13 Pro Max). We are eager to poke around and integrate into our workflows. The account was last logged into July 16, 2022. Maybe there is a known issue? Havent used it, would be completely fine with closing and starting over.
This worked just fine up until a month or two ago. Unsure if it is a configuration issue on my end or a bug with QuickBooks .
Hello, Our QB Proadvisor created a new company QB Online account in her QB Online Wholesale version. After she added our company email account we do not get the invite registration email. We tried many different emails thinking some whitelist or junk/spam issues but the email never comes. We tried with company domain email and then we tried with personal gmail account to add to the QBO account but the invite never comes. The QB Support chat always gives the same dumb reply to whitelist the inituit or quickbooks domain but that cannot be the reason if we are trying with @gmail.com account which wont have white list or other issues since we checked all the blocked emails and domain and inituit or quickbooks is not blocked in Gmail. So we are stuck as we cannot login to QB Online created by the QB ProAdvisor Wholesale QBO account.
Somehow the date was changed. Need to correct it to show the current Date.
I've started a second business and would like to toggle back and forth between that and my current business in QB.
