All of the users have been added accurately, one of the roles we have is "sales rep". When I try to run a report by "sales rep name" one of the users does not appear in that list, even he's added like the rest. His name only shows when I report for all "sales reps".
I am trying to add statement to share with my accountant on QBO. However, I don't see a hyperlink to allow me to select files to share and I also can't drag and drop them? What am I missing

Help! I'm trying to pay an invoice through ACH and am being told my EIN is wrong. I've checked it over and over and I know it's correct. I've tried with the dash and without. I also tried entering it in my Account settings and it won't take it there either. What am I doing wrong?
If I have multiple users who enter estimates and invoices is there a way for them to only have access to the sales that they enter? I do not want them to be able to see other employees sales that are input.

I go to: Manage your Intuit Account > Products and Billing On this page, I can see my two Quickbooks Online accounts - one I use, one I made when I was testing Quickbooks Online out. Now I want to delete the unused Quickbooks Online account. Can I do this myself? If not, can customer service / customer care do this for me? Can it be done at all? Thanks

I have QuickBooks 2019 premiere desktop. The email attached to the account was deactivated and I can't sign into my program. I get halfway through the login process where I can receive the code to send to the phone number attached to the account, but I can't receive the code sent to the deactivated email. Because it's an older version, the help person couldn't update my account. All they wanted to do was sell me an updated account. Any suggestions?

Hello,I am new to QuickBooks and have the following question.I recently bought a vehicle (pre-owned) to use for my business. May I ask what the correct category under the cart of accounts would be to use? I see "vehicles - other current asset" or "vehicles - fixed asset".Thank you.
I went form paying 12.50 to 20 to 40 without being informed or changing the features I use. Seems if a reoccurring template is activated, which i do not use seem it was switched on by accident, they just charge you more per month without informing the person paying. Horrible customer service to let that happen
