My client has a PayPal account and also a PayPal Credit account. They have never been set up in QBO. Client accepts PayPal payments from customers and also uses PayPal Credit to pay a handful of bills. I linked the PayPal account with online banking, and imported transactions back to Jan.1. The transactions that imported are both PayPal and PayPal Credit transactions. But I think I need to also set up the PayPal Credit account separately. How does this workflow go? For example, the $40 payment made to PayPal Credit has come into online banking through the bank account and also PayPal. But it actually needs to transfer to the PayPal Credit account that I haven't even set up yet. Do I make a transfer from the bank to PayPal, and then another transfer from PayPal to PayPal Credit? I am having severe usability issues with QB Online and hoping I can get someone to help me. Now some might be asking- why don't you chat or talk with someone through help? That's the first issue! When I am logged into QB Online, and click on the help icon in the upper right corner, the window will start to appear, but it will be blank. If I can get it to appear, frequently it will only partially appear or stop responding. Also, when logging into QB Online, sometimes it will take *minutes* for anything to appear on the screen after logging in, or nothing will appear. I can see the side menus and if I click on one, I can sometimes get the window to fill out then it will seem to work OK. sometimes it will work normally only after logging out then back in 2-3 times. It seems to have gotten worse over time. I have cleared my cache and cookies multiple times. All other programs on my laptop work fine. Is anyone else having these issues? Thanks. Eric

I have a credit card bill that was paid from a personal account instead of the business account and I can't reconcile the credit card account. Would I make a journal entry to credit Owner's Draw and debit the Credit Card Account so I can reconcile the credit card statement.

My bank is not connected and I have no means to connect online because my bank does not provide that access to QuickBooks. I am okay to use it as it is. Can I still make use of Undeposited Funds account? I'm still in 30 days free trial but when I cannot find a pre-created undeposited funds account and when I try to create on it gives an error: "select the bank for this deposit" while there is no any option or dropdown list to do so. Please help

Accountant view shows the current bank balance and what by QBO register is. I accidently changed it and can't figure out how to get it back.
