I got an email warning that my subscription payment is coming up, and to make sure I have a current credit card on file for my payment method. So I log into CAMPs to check, and only the 2007 version of QB is shown.Then from the drop down menu under my company name I see there's another company name with slightly different spelling. This one shows versions 2011 and 2015.That's it. No other company names, nor any mention of the 2024 version I'm using now (or the 2021 I used previously)There's a box to search by License Number, but it finds nothing, even though I've triple- and quadruple-checked that I'm entering the correct number.I'm pretty sure my credit card is current, so I'm probably okay for now, but this will soon become a problem if this isn't fixed. Is there any way to export a copy of the complete bank register? I can export all of the account settings (chart of accounts, customers, employees) but need a full copy of our 13,700+ page bank register going back to 2002. We're having issues with the account synching to the bank and the last time we tried resetting it we almost lost the entire register (the bank itself only goes back 1 year). Need to have a copy to re-import if necessary. Thanks.

In one of the videos it showed how to set up Workflows under the Company menu. However, I don't see that as an option. I want to limit a user in what they can do and approve the results. Could you please point me in the right direction? Thank you.

I'm wondering if I can use 2 Quickbooks Online(one for testing, one for production) with one EIN. We are planning to run our own order management system and are building a 3rd party app to integrate with Quickbooks using Quickbooks' API. I want to use the test version to check if the data from our own sales system is connected well, and the production version for actual operation.We are using sandbox internally, but we can't check the connection with the actual payment data in the sandbox environment, so we are planning to use the method mentioned above. I would like to know if this is possible. Thank you.

I have a bill that I entered for a vendor on 3/14/24 and coded that Bill to our inventory asset account. at the end of every month i adj our inventory asset to match our warehouse system. I finished updating all of the months through November 2024 and then suddenly I found that my inventory balance was off by $24,032.25. The exact amount of the bill. I ran the transaction journal for the Inventory Asset account an pinpointed that my adjustment was off by $24,032.25 in March. So I adjusted the adjustment and then it happened again. The bill went missing from the inventory asset transaction list even through the bill is properly dated and enter to the inventory asset account. About 15% of the time the bill shows up and then when i refresh the details, it disappears again.
I am in need of an expert. Someone who knows how to really solve a problem.I've spent literally 20 hours working with Quick via chat, on the phone, via the uploads for support - and no progress on our account. Our master admin died and we don't have the password for our desktop 2020 version. So I tried (5 times) to get the admin rights changed to my name. But now I"m told the company name does not match. This is incredibly frustrating. The old password was buried with our deceased Master admin. We have no idea how our license is not in the right company name. So, how can this be fixed? I need a human to help me. A MANAGER. With authority. I'm getting close to taking my complaint to twitter and the BBB. Pls adviseThanksTodd

I understand how to update Vendor details in QBO. I want to preserve the previous address on older transactions. I only want the new address to apply to future transactions.
We have experienced difficulty with trying to share QB Desktop client company files utilizing OneDrive. It seems as though the company file does not refresh with proper updates and/or the refresh takes added time so that the file, as saved on OneDrive, may very well not reflect the most recent updates. It seems as though this is a known issue when I google this issue as relating to the nature of the QB file. Has anyone else experienced this or is anyone else managing the sharing of QB Desktop company files by utilizing OneDrive without any issues? We are otherwise considering a cloud-hosted or remote in solution, but would like to be able to save money by utilizing OneDrive to manage the sharing needs of this file. Hi,We use 2 licenses so one can be used remotely to access a separate company and the other is used for a separate set of companies. The 2nd license seems to continuously have difficulties logging in to QuickBooks. Is this due to the version installed on the different computers? Do we need to ensure when one update is done, either automatically, or manually, the other is updated at the same time?Thanks in advance,Dazed in ATL
I own a retail store in Cleveland, Ohio and I need a patient, Russian-speaking expert to teach my bookkeeper. Our needs are pretty basic; we have lots of payables just like any business and we often have credits (when we return merchandise, for example). I need to speak to someone about how I opened a QB Checking account and set my autopayroll to come out of that account. I set up a regular transfer from my business checking acct to the QB acct to ensure that the money was always there. The first payroll went fine and the second did not go out, this was the week of Thanksgiving. I received several emails and even a couple of phone calls that I missed on one day while I was not available saying that I did not have the money in my account to cover payroll. Even if I did not have the money in my account, it was set to come out a different day, but the money was there. My auto payroll has been shut off. I've received multiple notices that I MUST wire transfer the total amount of my payroll (that was not paid) plus fees for NSF and I can't turn my auto-payroll back on. I called customer service at QBO. They said that they could see that the money was there and that this should have happened, but I have to contact the bank to sort it ou
We upgraded to Desktop Enterprise a little over a month ago and were told that Enhanced Payroll was included in the overall price with NO ADDITIONAL per employee or per direct deposit fees. We have two companies using the program and one is being charge the per employee fees and the other is charge the per direct deposit fees still. I have tried to call and get this sorted out, but am just being transferred around with no solution. Then we received an email a few days ago saying they will charge per company and per employee and/or direct deposit (screen shot attached). Is this a Scam?
There used to be a little arrow on the upper right of an invoice that opened a right side panel with all open billable items to import into an invoice. I cannot figure out how to add new items to an existing invoice in the new QBO invoice format and I don't see an option to revert to the old format. I'm on a tight deadline to resend updated invoices and this is driving me crazy!!! HELP!!!
