can anyone assist me?
My account manager indicates to me that my access to my QBonline Pro Advisor account was turned off because I do not have a subscription to QB desktop for the period beginning November 1, 2024. I understood that support would be discontinued after October 31. I also understood that the QBonline Pro Advisor account is free, but clients must pay for their subscriptions in order for this to be used to support them. Similarly, my Pro-Connect Tax was inactivated, as all had the same user name and contact information. Support at Pro-Connect and QBonline have spent some time on this, but cannot resolve it. I submitted a request for reactivation on Tuesday. I was informed that it was not escalated and still not acted on. Another request is submitted today, Thursday Oct 31, with the expectation that it will take two to three business days to resolve.

"You don't ave access rights to view this data" But I am the administrator! ??
How can I print either a bill or purchase order to include SKU's? Its madness I can't figure it out.
Each time I attempt to respond, I receive a message that says Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication. This is so frustrating. Quickbooks should fix this. I am already logged into the site.
In QuickBooks online, is it possible to get more security event information such as the source IP address of a user log and what pages and/or reports a user downloaded or viewed? I'm investigating an unauthorized access event and the "Audit Log" is far to limited for my needs. I tried contacting QB support, but after many attempts and incomplete answers, I gave up. Do I need to subpoena the detailed security audit logs from Intuit, or is there protocol for requesting this data? I have already viewed the Gear > Audit Log, and this does not provide the detail I need for my investigation. I have tried to using the https://security.intuit.com portal; however, the does not appear to be a contact option for requesting this type of security log. In summary, I need to know how to request a detailed security log from Intuit that includes details about the source system, such as the IP address, browser type, etc. Thank you!
A few days ago, I tried to create a Sales Order in the usual way by clicking New>Sales Order.Unfortunately, I was suddenly unable to gain access rights to my Sales Orders. This should not be happening, since I am the account administrator.I also have an Accountant account in my email and tried to access it that way. No luck.I did all the usual things, signed out and in again. Tried a reboot, and still no change.I contacted tech support. Did the screen share but they couldn't get it to work either. It is now escalated, and I will get an email when it is fixed. If I wait for them, I wouldn't be able to enter any income. Everything else is working! Today, I determined that there is a work-around, while Intuit tries to figure it out.On the Dashboard, there is a box called Shortcuts. On the lower right corner click the 3 vertical dots.Next click Edit Shortcuts. A list of shortcuts will come up. You can choose up to 10.Choose "Cr
The report needs to show the hours, gross wages, and employee deferrals withheld, along with the employer match, for each employee. Preferably will also include the Roth withholding as well. Desktop had a built in report for this but I can not find anything like this in Quickbooks Online
I am the only person who gets on QB in our company. This morning I got this message:you do not have access rights to view this data I was not able to look at customers, invoice, or anything that I needed to. After about an hour, I tried again and was able to log on. WAs this a gliche or does anyone know why this happened to me? My CPA can log in and they were able to when I could not, but they had a weird
Hello, My company is transitioning to quickbooks, we're currently setting up the envrionment and will start using it next year.We already decided exactly which accounts we'll want to create in the chart of accounts and what to call them, basing our deicsion off the setup in the previous software. Unfortunatly quickbooks filled the chart of accounts upon first log-in, and it seems that the only way to get rid of them is to make them inactive. Is there a way to delete all the data in the chart of accounts and create them from scratch maually? Thanks
It would be a pain but it wouldn't be that big of a deal to re-connect every time, EXCEPT every time i do that, transactions are somehow lost in the process. The connections isn't smart enough to go back to the last one downloaded. This makes reconcilling my 4 orgs 10x more difficult. I've had support tickets and told its a known problem. But it is getting ridiculous. Chase bank, for reference.
I'm learning the hard way that there are 3 different administrators as far as Quickbooks is concerned: 1. The account administrator via the CAMPs tool.2. The admin account of each company file (this is the admin account used to log in to each company file locally if using QB Desktop).3. The most nebulous "primary admin" Intuit account associated with each company file. Why does #3 exist? I'm sure there's a good reason but it's giving me considerable headache. Unfortunately, in the process of "cleaning up" old accounts there was a "primary admin" Intuit account that was deleted. What happens the next time you're in the company file (even if logged in as the admin user) is you'll be asked to sign in. Even if you sign in with the account administrator (#1 above), you'll get this message:"We're unable to complete your request at the moment. Request your admin *****@*****.com to add and assign you the required Intuit Account role(s) by following these steps: *Sign in to Quic
I am using another software to file 1099s and will require this information for it, but do not see a way to pull this information from QBO.
Even after ive been given access by my client, I still couldnt work on it
Hey, I only sell 1 single product in my business. I sell at different prices for wholesale, direct retail and friends/family etc and would like to track them. I know there are functions such as Classes to allow for such segmentation but it involves creating 3 product items (in reality they are the same item..) How does inventory count work in this case? Assuming I have starting balance of 100 units...does it mean i need to allocate x to each segment right at the start? And when it runs out in 1 Class, I transfer over? Thank you
The app is where I record my time and itemize my work orders for customers equipment
