Hoiw do I see invoices going back back10 years?
When i sign into the desktop and app platform, it tells me that they are not able to find my company. I am self emoyed and already the admin.

As a non-profit, we were able to buy a license from Techsoup at a lower price. The instructions for moving our data over to the new account state, "Upgrade your existing QBO company to Advanced to create a backup." I read somewhere to do this to navigate to Settings/Subscriptions and Billing. There I find other options such as Payroll Core and Online Payments, but not "Advanced." How do I set out account to Advanced so I can transfer the data into the new account?
When I enter my login information it just says "Unable to connect to Amazon. Please check your credentials and try again." I do not have 2 factor authentication active on Amazon.
Ive created a custom Invoices and Received Payments report that is filtered to "Today". I'd like to have this report emailed to me daily automatically. I was able to automate an email of my Sales by Class Detail report, but I'm not seeing a way to automate the Invoices and Received Pmt report.
There are a few accounts that are paid by personal funds and need to be split between personal and business. Can we use an expense report to recover those funds from the business and how do we manage it?

My QB Time subscription was suspended because I needed to update my payment method, which I did. Journal report for a defined period prints (both PDF and to printer) with narrow margins. These need to be wider to accommodate hole punching the paper.
In setting up accounts, with a Money In-Money Out, would you set up 2 accounts; one for the money in as XX Income and a 2nd account at XX Expense. It always is a wash. Or, would you set up only one account and put income and outgoing both into that single account?
