Hi I have a small freelance business. I'm VAT registered so I'm not using the self-employed version of QB. I don't have a separate business bank account, so I don't want to use bank feeds in QB. What do I do - just attribute every payment and expense to, say, 'Undeposited Funds'? Thanks Paul
I have an alert on my quickbooks page that my Barclays connection has expired, so I click Reconnect, it takes me as far as the 'Consent to connect for 90 days' form, when I click Agree it opens a blank pop up window which eventually displays the usual message 'Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site'.Any ideas? I've tried turning off the block pop ups in my privacy settings and I've tried logging into my Barclays account.Thanks!
I renewed my bank feed for HSBC and now my current account is not receiving the bank feed but my savings account is getting my current account feeds so this is now incorrect, what can i do to rectify this problem
Is it just me experiencing problems every week with connecting to NatWest bank to download our transactions? Apparantly I'm signed in already (I'm not!) then there's an error downloading transactions and am asked to try again later :( I've tried everything, resetting the connection, going incognito, clearing cookies & cache again which is a pain as I have to log into every website we use regularly again. We just can't seem to get a reliable connection through Quickbooks recently. Seriously thinking of going elsewhere for our accounts software as this is wasting hours daily trying to sort it out!
Hi there. I'm new to QB and I'm having trouble connecting my Paypal account. I need it to import from the 23/04/2020 (when I became a LTD company), and I'm selecting this date when connecting the account, however all transactions are being imported from before that date. I'm unsure where I'm going wrong. My Tide bank account connects without an issue. Any pointers appreciated! Thanks.
I am unable to connect to my HSBC account. I cant access the page at all through MAC or android OS and when I do it through windows I get the following message: Something unexpected happened and we can't connect to HSBC bank (UK) -Personal Banking. try again in a few hours. (590) I have been trying now for several days, with no luck. This is just one in a string of problems I have had with my bank transactions. Infact, it hasn't worked smoothly sine I first subscribed to quickbooks, almost a year ago.
