I have two old/closed Bank of America accounts listed in my transfer from/to destinations in QB Checking. I can't for the life of me figure out how to delete these. They are dead and closed and I don't want to accidentally select one as I still have one account at BofA. TIA
Hi there, I am having an issue with credit card transactions from one or more employees showing up in another employees credit card account in quickbooks? It looks to be skewing our balances? Is this an issue that quickbooks has seen with other users in the past month or so?
I have found a bill payment made in my accounts cleared and QB has brought the DEBIT (from bank is DEBIT to my account) into QB bank account as a CREDIT! HUGE flaw and bug! THis was all my DECEMBER 2023 bill payments and checks. I verified w bank it's DEBITS.....QB says CREDIT....W.R.O.N.G.!!!
My quickbooks is showing that it's synced and up to date with my checking account, but when I go to reconcile, three months of transactions are missing from the year.
Somehow I added an additional savings account that was a duplicate. The QB support person told me to delete it, but it has now caused all sorts of problems, especially with transfers which went into the wrong savings. How do I change the transfers to the right savings account without altering the balance of the deleted account?

I have my QBs desktop set up with my accounts listed on the right-hand side with their balances. Is there a way to have that showing what the current balance is as of today’s date, not what future balance will be? I prefill in upcoming bills and items, so it listed in the register but want to see what the current balance is as of the date when viewing it? Thank you!

Is anyone having issues syncing Chase banking transactions? Our company has been using Quickbooks online for years. We didn't have many syncing issue till this year. The sync has stopped since April 29th. We have reached out Quickbooks supports multiple times but nothing has been resolved. We decided to disconnect our Checking account with QuickBooks and hope to re-link the account. However, when we tried to link back up, the system couldn't find the checking account from Chase to link. What should we do to fix this issue?
We have 16 credit card holders under one master credit card account. QB desktop support says we have to set up 16 credit card accounts in order to import credit card activity directly into QB desktop. We are open to suggestions as 16 accounts to record credit card activity seems excessive and complex.
The QuickBooks iPhone Application has a lovely feature called Receipt Snap that allows a user to snap a receipt. This feature is smart enough to scan the receipt, find the last 4 digits of the card used, and match it to the appropriate credit card linked to the QuickBooks Online Account. I've noticed that when I use this feature, it is only able to appropriately match my credit card transactions. It does not know which account to match my debit card purchases to. How do I get the app to associate the last 4 digits of any of my business debit cards to the business checking account? Thanks.
