I am using QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus Edition 2023 in multi-user mode logged in as Admin. Today when I attempted my daily bank feeds I received the following error:"That sign-in info was correct, but we can only connect certain types of accounts. You can try a different bank. (2106)" When I looked at my various credit card accounts there were many old transactions for the main credit card in the sub credit card accounts. We have multiple employees that have credit cards with their own credit card number. However there is only one statement for all the accounts. Therefore I have the main account and then the multiple sub accounts under the main account as a credit card. I was getting the same error for my checking accounts as well. I do the bank feeds every week day and did not experience this until today. What is happening Intuit?
Received this notice last week, but the Bank of America - New bank feed doesn't work - unable to recognize log-in information. Any ideas for troubleshooting? Bank of America was no help. HELP! I am trying to add a credit card bill so I can record a payment to keep it off the Unapplied Cash Bill Payment Expense report. I downloaded a PDF of the bill, reviewed the amounts, and created the bill. When I go back to my register, it shows the total balance amount as a payment, zeroing out the balance. I made a payment of $320 today, which was recorded using 'Pay Down Credit Card' & 'Mark as Paid'. I am not using QB Bill Pay. What am I doing wrong?
I don't want to turn on the "Shopify Connector by QuickBooks" app and duplicate my orders. Is there a setting in this app to only sync Payouts from Shopify to QBO?

I have QB Desktop Pro Plus 2022. I went to import my banking file and I am getting an error message that says "You cannot use Bank Feeds because QuickBooks has not been registered. Solution: Go to the help menu and click on Register QuickBooks". The problem is that when I go to the help menu, there is no option to register QB. I have this product registered since I installed it. How can I fix this?

My dashboard changed to a new layout suddenly this morning. I can't find any information or about the update. It's really frustrating that QBO makes sudden changes this way, but I'm also finding that the new layout is difficult to understand. Has anyone had the same issue? Do you know of any resources that would help explain the new layout?

I sent a payment to a vendor through my bank's online Bill Pay system, but he didn't get it. So I had the bank stop payment on that check and credit my account. Then I wrote another check to him. I've searched and learned that I need to enter the new check into QuickBooksOnline and create a bank deposit on the same day to offset the new payment. The problem is that the first payment was sent in December of last year and was immediately deducted from my account since it was sent by the bank. The refund and new check were done in January of this year. So I'm not sure how to handle this properly for 1099 preparation. QBO is showing that I made a large payment to him in December, but he really didn't get paid until January. How do I handle this situation in QBO to get it correct?
For no reason I understand, all deposits that used to go directly into my bank account are now going into Undeposited Funds account, which creates an extra step for me that I don't want. How can I stop this and go back to the way it was?
What is the usual timeframe for deposit of accounts payable online payments in recipients' accounts? I'm now nearly 3 business days from the date it left my bank account (12/8) and I'm getting multiple complaints from vendors. Quick Books shows tomorrow 12/13. Is that typically the case? It appears I need to adjust my pay through date. I have vendors that literally will walk off the job if they aren't paid, which will damage our customer relationships.
Hello QB Community,I have a client who uses QBO and downloads bank transactions with an attachment (check image). I thought that is the coolest thing because this client's bank only allows the image to be available for 90 days. This client has other locations and use the same bank but don't have attachment with the trans. How can I "turn the option on" ?
i was having problems with an automatic transfer from paypal to our checking account. i had to delete a transfer transaction and manually reenter it. but i did this after the month that contained the transaction had been reconciled. (the transaction that i deleted did have an "R" status. how can i change the status of this new manually entered transaction to "R" status (reconciled). the fact that is showing as unreconciled is now causing me a beginning balance error when i try to reconcile the following month.thanks
