There are Deposit transactions missing from Square to match up with my bank account. How do you all handle this? I likely need to manually create the transaction, but not sure the details on how to do it. The Sales receipt is in there, and it matches the total dollar figure, but there's simply no Deposit transaction copied over to QBO. I'm using daily summaries in Square app integration.
What you may be experiencing: QuickBooks is unable to verify the Financial Institution information for this download or "OL-222" when attempting to import a webconnect file downloaded from Chase. Current Status: As of this morning it has been confirmed that all Chase Bank imports with a webconnect file (.QBO) into QuickBooks has been resolved. Services are back up and available. Login to Chase.com and filter account(s) for specific date range to download and import into QuickBooks. If the information does not import, you can try deactivate/reactivate online services for the account. Any downloaded transactions that are duplicates need to be ignored to delete, and just add any new transactions you wish to import. Next Update: None
Typically QB matches up payments that I have deposited with the correct payment receipt in the customer's account. But this week it suddenly stopped "finding" those payment receipts, particularly for mobile deposits, which is how I deposit 99% of our payments. I have already received the payments in the customers' accounts and am using the same procedure I have always used. Did something change on the QB end?

For the last 2 weeks I am unable to download transactions from Visa to QB Desktop. Seems like it no longer accepts QBO type files. I was told by my bank that QB did an update 2 weeks ago that effects this but can find no further information. I have downloaded and updated my QB desktop with no change. I called my 24/7 subscription based help number and they are closed. Great service I'm paying for. Help.

I completed the Sales Tax payment in the Sales TaxCenter of QuickBooks Online, but when I went to make my payment online with the agency I accidentally shorted my payment. This caused me to have to make another payment to get me to a zero balance. When I go to match my two bank transactions to the Sales Tax payment (from the center) QuickBooks Online does not find the match. How can I match these two transactions to my Sales Tax payment?
In reconciling my bank account three deposits, that I used "find match" don't show up in my register correctly, the deposit is showing broken down by the matches has anyone seen this before?

i have two companies that were desktop switched to on line the back up i had only wen thru august of 2020, my accountant has passed away and I have no records from 2020, I am still trying to get thru 2021 I have everything entered and the beginning check balance is off how can I correct this simply? thanks in advance
I am trying to reconcile, and I have some items from 2020 showing up that are from a bank account not on my QuickBooks account, none of the items showing on the reconcile are from the same bank account and are not listed anywhere on my QuickBooks. I started my QuickBooks in 2023, not 2020. How would these items even show when there is only one bank account connected to my QuickBooks that also opened in 2023?
I was helping our treasurer enter a years worth of transactions into quickbooks online plus. After I entered them all, she told me she had two different checking accounts tied in the system and that all the new transactions need to go on the other register in order to reconcile. Is there a way to bulk move transactions from one bank account register to another, without manually editing each one?
We just received our credit card statement and there are four fraudulent charges on it. As we wait for the bank to resolve these fraudulent charges, which they said could take a while, how would I reconcile my credit card so that it balances? Do I just wait until the bank gets back to us? Thank you in advanced!

For example (to use round numbers and so I can maybe understand) Net Income year to date on the P & L is $75,000 and the member distribution year to date is $50,000 and the cash in the bank is $10,000. That would total $60,000. Where is the other $15,000? We are taxed on net income but it always seems to be higher than what I actually pay myself and have left in the company.
