I have June through present but am missing January through May. I have updated and they still don't show up.
I have checked my For Review, Excluded, and Categorized. I have updated my bank accounts, and I have checked my other accounts. None of them uploaded. I even tried breaking up the transactions into smaller files in case it was too big. Still nothing.
We have two American Express feeds from two accounts. One loads fine. The 2nd one does not. The 2nd one is our original feed that has worked for over a year. I have logged in to it to test our ID/password and all works. Just not in QBO. It literally just stopped loading on Sept. 3rd.
Hi, I've been trying to import the transactions in my OFX file to a credit card account with limited success. The transactions get submitted correctly and can be reviewed. However, the balance shown in Quickbooks is incorrect. It appears that upon importing the OFX file, the ledger balance in the OFX file along with the transaction amounts is being summed together to create an opening equity balance. This causes the balance to be offset. The result is that the Quickbooks balance is set to the negative of the bank balance. The problem can be observed if you upload the attached file by going to Quickbooks > Banking > Link Account dropdown > Upload from file > choosing the file I uploaded here, and creating a new "Credit Card" account, and approving the transactions. The only workaround I've found is to delete the opening equity balance in the registry.Has anyone else encountered this or knows a way to fix this issue? EDIT: seems like the file can't be uploaded so he
My bank does not provide electronic linking to QB for this type of account. It is a low volume account so manual updates are minimal. It is in my bank registry, but not showing up in my summary, or in my cash totals on my summary screen. The balance sheet is accurately accounting for the cash.
A client has several bank accounts that are linked . I would like to change the account names in QB online to include the last 4 digits of the account number. Can I simply change the name in the chart of accounts, or will that effect the bank feeds link?
Hi Team, I want to add dummy test account in QuickBooks desktop to test my transaction. Is there any way to add dummy bank account to deposit test payments.
I need to Import Sales, Services, Payments, Invoices from Service Assistant 5 into my Quickbooks for cleaner books. Service Assistant does not speak direct to QBO.
I just started using QBO, which is linked to our bank. I manually receive payments from customers by going into each invoice. My question is, after receiving all the payments (totaling the deposit amount) do I "Add" or "Exclude" the deposit on the banking page? Will the transaction duplicate if I add it? TIA!
I just enabled the multi currency option and now I can't record a transfer transaction between two of my home currency bank accounts (existed before I switched). It shows a confusing error message "Please enter the exchange rate or the original foreign currency amount.": There was no currency exchange for this transfer - just transfer USD from one account to another USD account. Just to confirm, I open them in my chart of accounts and both were shown as USD.

I recently upgraded to Desktop Pro Plus 2022. Within the Bank Feeds function, copy & paste doesn't work. I'd like to be able to copy and paste memo's etc. I use CTL-C and CTL-V. Is anyone else having this problem?
I was hoping someone could help me - our non-profit opened a multi-currency bank account and we pay vendors internationally in foreign currency so I finally had to switch on the Multi-Currency feature but have hit a snag and need a workaround. We hold GBP, ZAR, AUD, and USD - USD being our home currency. We made a payment from the GBP account to a ZAR vendor but it won't let me do it. I tried to send the money to a ZAR clearing account but it wouldn't let me do that either.I only have the option to pay in GBP or to transfer to a USD bank account. I paid in ZAR the bill is in ZAR and I converted funds from our GBP account to make the ZAR payment - what workaround is there for this? see attached error message it says I can only have one foreign currency at a time but what happens when you are working from foreign currency to foreign currency? Your help is greatly appreciated as I have multiple transactions of this nature a
