Hello, I recently took over the books for a client and found a couple old transactions from 03/2020 that flowed in from the bank but were never reconciled. The transactions are "cleared" but do not appear on the bank statement for 2/2020, 3/2020, or 4/2020.I am confused. How did the transaction flow in from the bank but not appear on any statement? How do I fix this? The account has since been closed so I need to clear it but I don't know what to do about those two.
QBO Payroll makes it really difficult to bulk download the archived forms. The pdf's don't have unique names, it's very time consuming.
For the past week QBO is not syncing my banking info. it gives error 103. I am 10000% positive it is not a user name or password issue as the same login credentials work for my bank. My bank is Zions and they've stated they have multiple customers with the same issue and it is on Intuits end which I believe. I have called support 3 times in the last 7 days. They cannot fix after hours of troubleshooting. They then escalate it and say someone will be in touch via email or phone and I have not heard anything. Meanwhile I am trying to run a business and nobody can help. Is anyone else having this issue? It appears Inuit simply doesn't have the time to resolve this which is disappointing.... I have read every article and posting on error 103 and it simply does not help which tells me it is an intuit engineering issue that they are not getting to.

my first 3 months of transactions were not imported
Hi! I'm going through my "for review" bank transactions and many of them need to be matched to transactions from Clio. Usually this is no problem, but I have one transaction that doesn't show up in the Match transactions list when I try to match it.The crazy thing is, when I choose a different transaction from "for review" to match, sometimes the one that won't show up shows up in the list! So I know it's there...but it's not there when I'm under the transaction that it actually needs to match to. Any ideas? I'm at a loss.
I am setting up payroll and QBO said I needed to verify the bank account by them depositing a small amount in two transactions. Where do I find these two deposits so that I may finish setting up payroll online
I have my bank transactions before September 2021 and after June 2022, but the ones in between are missing. Sync seems to be working fine. How to sync a specific date range?
Hi, there! I'm going back through years of old transactions to reconcile them and clean up our bookkeeping. About halfway through April 2019, all of the transactions that appear in my bank statements do not appear on the register and I cannot reconcile. Quickbooks says it is synced with my bank and the current amount in the account matches but it is clear that Quickbooks did not download many transactions over the last few years. What do I do? Do I need to manually enter every missing transaction? At this point, it makes me wonder why I even have Quickbooks because I feel like I could do all of this much easier with an Excel spreadsheet.Thanks!

I am a new QBO user and am having issues with connecting to my bank. This is not a browser issue that will be resolved clearing cookies, going incognito, or using a different browser. 3 different computers have this problem. This not a communication issue with the bank. Freshbooks and other accounting software access the bank just fine. The issue occurred when someone else linked the accounts and did not include all of the accounts (issues with HOA board responsibility, drama that is not important here). When I managed my connection, I could not see 2 sub accounts, so detached the 2 accounts I was working on to save the data, and removed all the accounts from QBO. When I try to reconnect to the bank, I only get errors 102 and 105. Once again, other accounting applications access the data just fine, so it is not the bank or my browser. I am just setting up quickbooks, and want to import from bank accounts starting in jan 2022
I received an email from Quickbooks stating they changed their routing number and when I went to go pay a business bill using the checking account info, it returned an error stating the routing number was incorrect. I copied it right from the checking account details in QuickBooks, so I used the old routing number and it worked fine. This makes me nervous since I have various platforms that make direct deposits. I updated those platforms recently with the new routing number but never received an error. Has anyone ran into any issues with the updated routing number whether its receiving deposits or paying an invoice?
