I started having issues with my AMEX connecting after the new update. I put all the right info in and the account loads, however, the charges do not pull in to the transactions area of QB after that update. Also, I have to reconnect the AMEX every time I open QB. Please advise. Thanks so much!
I have several a couple of account with Wells Fargo relate to my business. One of those accounts is a PCL account (Priority Line of Credit).When I go to the Link Account option, I'm able to choose and connect all my accounts including the PCL account.However, when I look under transactions, I cannot seem to see the PCL account.Any ideas?

Does anyone know how to use a Mac with QuickBooks online? The TechTeam and customer service at QuickBooks has no idea what they’re doing and I’m hoping that somebody else out there can get me straightened out. The issue I’m having is uploading older transactions manually. QuickBooks gives directions that don’t match up and aren’t accurate and their tech team has no idea what to do.
I keep a substantial amount of money in a deposit account at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), which I use to pay patent office official fees when I file patent applications for clients. It is critical that I maintain sufficient funds in this deposit account, because otherwise I might not be able to pay a fee by its due date and, thereby, lose a client’s rights. Replenishing the deposit account can day days. Thus, I need to keep a close day-to-day eye on the amount of money in this USPTO deposit account, more so than even my bank or credit card balances. The QBO Dashboard is ideal for monitoring these balances. In QBO, I could characterize the USPTO deposit account as a bank to get the deposit account to appear in the Dashboard, but that would not be entirely accurate, especially for tax purposes. The USPTO is not a bank. It does not pay interest or issue 1099-INT statements. I suspect my accountant would object to listing the USPTO deposit account as a bank. How
My bank lists all checks as “CK Store”. When these items appear in QuickBooks, they all show the same Category and Payee. If I change one, they all change. There is no rule in effect to account for this. I have unlinked and re-linked the bank account but it didn’t change anything. Would appreciate any help.
I created a new sub-category to break out certain transactions, then reopened invoice, deleted item sold and rang in new item, then closed as previously done. Do I go back somehow to clear them within the right period?
I often use the QB app to enter expenses. How can I add Venmo as a “favorite” so I can quickly tap on it? QB app has favorites defaulted by how many times I’ve used vendors over the years so for example Square is in my favorites but I use “Venmo for business” mostly now. I’m trying to find a button that says “make favorite” but I see no options. Similarly, I’d like a “remove from favorites” button. Thanks!
I was charged twice to my credit card from a vendor for a bill. I will be reimbursed via check for the second charge. I have correctly matched the first payment with the bill in my Quickbooks account, but I am now unsure how to categorize the additional payment (and the subsequent reimbursement check) so that everything is balanced. Any help would be appreciated!
I am using QBD Prem 2020 with latest updates.I tried to setup our Capital One CC for online banking. I found several KB in the forum that I followed. The CC account was setup, shows that has online banking in the account list, I entered as account user id the user id I also used when going into our account with a browser. So far so good.I go to the banking -> Bank feeds -> Bank feeds center. Here I select Capital One, then I select the Refresh account icon.I get a logon screen as shown in the attached screen shot. But I would have expected that I just get screen where I enter the password (just like I do for our bank account). Still, I entered the user id and password, but then I basically logon to the web-account instead of getting the transactions downloaded.I must have done something wrong in my setup.Can somebody help me getting this corrected?
HI, I'm sure this is simple, but PayPal shows a $100 transfer to a bank account on 1/30, but the bank doesn't recognize the transfer until 2/1. I'm trying to reconcile and Quickbooks is off by $100 in one account if the other is correct. I can force a withdrawal, but that's not what happened. It was a transfer. Please help.
Is reconcile bank account available on QB iPad?
I have a tax payment which matches bank withdrawal; however, the payment date written (default error) is for a few days later than actual withdrawal date into the next month resulting in unreconciled books.
I forgot to put the bank it was deposited too, now it says its been recorded and have to unmatch first then start agin
Many items had been received in the desktop version but now my PO's do not show anything received.
When QuickBooks online suspects that a receipt is a duplicate, it gives you no other option than to delete that receipt. When I try to look at the picture of the invoice by clicking the little receipt icon, it's so small I can't even begin to see what it says. Why aren't we given any other options for possible duplicate receipts? What if I really need that receipt for something? I am working with other colleagues that send those receipts into Quickbooks so it's not feasible to just attach a copy of it.
