When I attempt to set up a bank feed with a new company file, quickbooks immediately crashes and gives error 19841 64194 with the option to send or not send. Hello,I just got QBO advanced for the purpose of bulk billing and it turns out that the feature is half-baked. It has a mapping for bill date on a csv file, but it does not go through and it needs to be entered manually. This defeats the whole purpose. It needs to be fixed pronto.
Our bank account has been linked since we started QB. The bank updated thier banking program and since then, we are not able to connect. After contacting bank, they told me it's working on thier side that we need to contact QB to get it to connect. Can anyone help with this problem?Thanks
We have multiple Amex and Chase cards. When downloading it's clear which account is being coded. But when the monthly bank autopayments download they don't show the card # that the payment went to. It just says Amex ACH or Chase ACH. How do we match them up without having to go to the statements to look at the last months autopay due?
I'd like to know how to remove transactions from the Downloaded Transactions list. That way all I can see is what still needs to be added. There was a prompt when I started, I didn't choose not to show me again, but it hasn't returned. Any suggestions?

I'm trying to see the bank accounts and credit cards information but Banking in the navigation bar is not letting me see it. All other tabs are working but the banking tab wants me to connect to my bank account which I'm not supposed to do because I'm a student just using a Ocean design, Inc. as a sample company.
I already have some uploaded transactions that I haven't cleared yet. Must I handle them before I upload additional transactions?

I just have a quick question. We had a loan from the bank to buy equipment for the office. It was auto debited from our checking account. The auto-debited amount included principal and interest. The problem is we were not able to record the interest. If we record the interest expense, what would the offsetting credit be?
I am using QB online and I added a bunch of planned expenses and they were gone 3 days later.

Massage business - invoice is created is created for $94.50 (incl tax). Customer pays with credit card and adds a tip of $18.90 added. When invoice was created, payment was set to paid in full with the offset being "Undeposited Funds". Payment of $110.39 hits the bank two days later ($94.50 + $18.90 - $3.01 CC fee). First question: is this the best process to record the payment at time of invoice, ie. using the Undeposited Funds as the offset?Second question: How do I clear the payment? I tried splitting the payment to the applicable codes, Undeposited Funds $94.50, Tips $18.90, and Credit card fees $3.01, the entry is balanced but I'm getting an error saying, "Something is not right, select a bank account for this deposit." I suspect the issue has something to do with the Undeposited Funds account.
The error from the legacy account that was closed, disconnected at save, and even removed from the CoA is preventing me from connecting my new account.
I've read some articles but could not find the one matching my situation. Other articles mention how to apply cash back to reduce the credit card bill using the credit button but doesn't apply to the bill itself againt the purchase. The easy answer was to set the bill to the discounted total but I want to preserve the item prices and itemize each product for resale. In other words, the cash back is used to reduce the product costs to a wholesale price to resale again. Cash back is offered by CapitalOne (business account) and can be redeemed on Amazon and other eCommerce purchases. Hope this didn't confuse anyone.
I have balanced all of the transferred bank account except the savings account. The balance transferred but none of the activities. The associated checking account is fine though. Could it just be a delay in transfer from GoDaddy bookkeeping?
