I am trying to reconcile a credit card that had a closing date of 03/10/2022. Whenever I click on reconcile the beginning balance is the same compared to my statement so I enter the ending balance and go through the reconciliation. Everything matches perfectly and I have a difference of $0. The issue is when I go to print the reports. The reports are saying I have a different beginning balance that is $7.90 more now and instead of my ending balance being correct it is off now too. I already have tried the Reconcile Discrepancy Report and it comes up with nothing. Why is it doing this? I checked the previous months reconciliation and there is no issues.

QBO changed my company name to an account I have to use personal tax returns. I cant change the name back to the proper company name. In January, I was on chat with support for several hours and they rose the case up the ladder and said they were aware of the problem and looking to fix it. Today, I still can't change the name and they haven't reached back to me. Anyone else have this problem? I turned off E-services and it still comes up with an error message when I try to change the company name. Frustrating.
Hi! Is there a way our bank account number could be printed automatically on a Deposit Slip next to the Business Name?
On the Banking Tab, when I click to Add Account - I can connect to Bank of america, and see my accounts just not the new credit card account I need to add (note that the account has been open for 2 months). I've chatted w/ QB support 3 times, and no one can help me. I've talked to bank of america support and they redirected me back to quickbooks. I'm amazed I can't even pay for help from quickbooks, just this chat system that takes anywhere from 30-60 minues for what I estimate a phone call could resolve in 5. I'll take any recommendations, thank you all

When should I expect the deposit to clear?
I'm a newb here. By no means am I a QuickBooks expert. A friend gave me QB 2008 long ago to replace the paper/pencil register on my personal checking account. I have successfully used it for its checkbook register and nothing else. So now I have amassed approximately 14yrs of register entries and it balances perfectly every month. I noticed the QB file in my hard drive is ever-growing, and approaching 100Mb, which concerns me. It doesn't seem logical for me to continue amassing years of register entries in the same file, while my PC disk space is continually eaten up. I'm curious what folks typically do in terms of subdividing and/or archiving the QB file. I would like to retain the historical entries in case I ever need to review them; i.e., I don't want to just delete them. Is there a way to archive those old entries? Can the register be subdivided somehow? What are the "best practices" for handling this situation?
where can i find a routing and account number for quickbooks checking account? I'm trying to pay a credit card bill from quickbooks checking account and it wants the routing and account numbers.
It is added correctly - shows my correct balance. But unlike my credit cards there are no transactions.
How can I make employee cards linked as sub accounts and thus aggregate their activity/ balances? QBO won't allow them to be labeled as sub Accounts given they directly download their activity.

The owners started a Solo 401K for 2018 and contributed $10,000 each through payroll, we use a separate payroll company to do payroll for the owners, there are no employees. I need to record this in QB Online. The banking gets downloaded into QB and I usually take the net checks and split them Salary and Wages and payroll liabilities. Then the taxes come through and split that to Liabilities and tax expense. I have not set up anything for showing the 401K contributions and need to record checks showing 401K in QB Online. Can someone help me with what I need to do. All I need to do is record the checks correctly in QB Online again showing the 401K contributions. Please help!
