I had the last month of November downloaded from banking. I noticed that sometimes transactions repeat and I have to delete them. This time I believe I deleted an expense transaction (I say believe because I remember I deleted an expense transaction and also I am missing the last page of the bank statement to reassure this). After calculating the amount I am off in the books from the statement I found that it was very likely a repeating transaction and I proceeded to enter this expense manually. The end of the month was balanced after I entered this transaction manually. However, after I logged out and log back in to quickbooks I notice that I am off again by the same amount. I have done the same process at least 2 times (entering this transaction manually).
This account has a non-zero balance. Inactivating this account will cause an adjusting transaction to be created. Is this OK? I added the wrong bank account and when I removed it, my account has a negative balance of 7k.
Check is made in my business name, and i want to deposit into my Quickbooks checking account
In the banking dashboard my QB Checking Account shows that it is fine with the green check mark. But looking at transactional data, it hasn't synced in months. When I tried fixing it previously, I got error messages or unresponsive screens. When it went to green I thought it fixed. I was wrong. Anyone have a fix for this?
My bank transactions are not showing in quick books?
Here's what I did:I transferred $125 from my business checking acct. to my Personal Checking acct. and made a purchase for my business of $377.00. I know I did it completely backwards and should have transferred the $252.00 from my personal to business to make the transaction but I was stressed out that day lol. Can you please tell me how to record the whole mess??I know from the above it sounds like I'm a complete idiot, but sometimes I'm kind ofdyslexic when under stress

In reconciling a bank account, the check register balances with the bank statements. However, the online banking shows a different balance than shown in the check register and reconciliation. Double checked cleared items and amounts, all ok. The bank balance is less than shown by the reconciliation and check register. Any ideas of what to try? Running PC, QuickBooks Desktop.Thank you.
I have trouble with payment settings
On going issue (INV-34512)
All our deposits were entered directly into the bank register rather than into Undeposited Funds. Now all the payments are double counted, once from the invoices and once from the bank register. How can I correct this? The entire 2021 year has already been reconciled. When I try to deposit funds the correct way, it adds them again. Thank you!Ellie
