We have installed the app 'OneSaas' to Shopify. This automatically syncs and creates sales in Quickbooks online for us. I have managed to get the settings all set up, however for some reason it is not syncing any sales that have been paid for by card using Shopify's payment gateway. Is there a setting to change this?
I am trying to balance my credit cards and the entries are not posting to the reconciliation file...it used to work and it only happens on some of the credit card files

I started using the enterprise version trial but then I was introduced to QBO Simple Start plan and this seemed perfect for me. However, QB Enterprise trial after exporting, automatically subscribes me to the Advanced version
Hello, I pay my employees directly through my bank with direct deposit. However, when it appears in my Quickbooks Banking it is in a large sum. How do I break it down into each paycheque? I have tried the matching tool and the paycheques never seem to appear. I have also tried manually creating a cheque with the same cheques number as on the employee's paystubs and manually matching those but when I go to my reports the paycheques are recorded twice. How am I able to match or tag multiple paycheques to this large sum in my banking? I have attached what I am trying to achieve. Thank you in advance.

Hi! I'm having trouble setting up the linked bank account in the initial account set up. I need to pull all bank transactions from 2021 but it only allows me to pull transactions from 11/9/2021. Is there another way I can do this? I need to reconcile all my business transactions from 2021 to get ready for tax season. I'm new to bookkeeping and Quick books and trying to organize my data from last year before filing.
I want to use another service category I have.
My wife was sent an electronic link to download 1099-Misc form. Logging in with her password I can get to the download page but when I click download it opens a pop-up window that forces you to sign up for a new self-employed account with QB. I don't want to do that because I already have an account I use for filing. I just want to get the download. Any way around this?
How do I correct this?
I even asked customer services and the representative stated they were not able to help as they were not able to download my transactions as well. Please advise.
Where is my money?
I began using online quick books in 4/2021 - so my banking account transactions only have history from there. How can I pull in older transactions like from 1/1/2021 forward? I don't see an option to pull from time ranges in the application.
My general account is linked to my sons account and my payroll account is linked to my personal account. It has worked fine for the last 2 years until this update.
