I recently upgraded from QBSelf employed to QB Online. In the transfer I lost all my previous years worth of transaction history (All of 2020) from my bank accounts. Ive tried to re-sync the bank but I only get transactions from the date of my upgrade till now.. How do i get all my previous transactions back? Its tax time and I need that info to do my taxes. Thanks!
In order to set up my business banking with an external bank, Chase had to transfer two small amounts (not from my bank account) and then make one ACH pull (of those two amounts combined). How would you categorize these in the bank feed? Are they expenses? Do I list Chase as a "customer" and they were charged then credited? What would you do? Thanks!

Can't match a transaction with an invoice because of difference. Partial payment was made by third party who in turn withheld some amount due to another transaction issue. Resolveing transaction isn't working. It was fine eariler but I undid to understand how I did it to begin with and now I can't fix it.
The online banking feature in QB saves years of time, but with the type of service based business I have, any income that comes from my account I just categorize it though the banking screen which is so simple and works. Im just confused if other than accumulated depreciations and amortizations, is there even a need for the journal entry or am i doing something wrong because so far its been running smooth, I just dont trust myself .
Bank Feeds downloaded 6 transactions twice. First set reconciled in check register. Second set sitting in bank feeds. How do I clear?
In desktop, I would deposit to Undeposited Funds and then add lines to the deposit to deduct the monthly expenses (withheld) from the deposit total.
I've just upgraded to QB Desktop Premiere 2021. When I use the new Advanced Mode Bank Feeds, I makes me login to my Intuit account first, but when I use Express of Classic it does not. Why do I have to log into my intuit account for this and can I turn it off somehow?
