I am reconciling my checking account in QuickBooks and I see there are quite a few records that are showing that won't match because they are actually Accounts Receivable records. These shouldn't be appearing in my checking register, correct? The deposit for these records is already reconciled. Screenshot is attached. HOw can I get these to stop appearing? Thanks for your help.
I have QBO set up to connect to American Express for my credit card. It syncs in all the transaction for my card fine, but the transactions for the other card holders on the account don't sync. I can see their transactions when I log into the AMEX site. I tried setting up the card as a parent card with sub-parents, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions on one feed that will get all transactions for all account holders?
Hi, I am using QuickBooks Desktop version and there is "other income" transaction dated January 2021 that I need to backdate to 12/31/2020 to hit 2020. How do I do that without ruining January bank reconciliation? Thanks.

I have the debit card, have setup a transfer account, but the transfers I "send" never send funds.
I made a deposit that included a $50.00 money order, but the bank teller recorded it as $500.00. So the deposit amount was $450.00 higher than it should have been, but I didn't notice it until later. So now, I have a deposit in QBO that does not match the bank statement. How do I record that in QBO so the deposit will match as well as the transaction when the correction is made and they take the $450 back out of my account?
by mistake i did not realize that the year did not change and i submitted it , i tried to fix it but the system does not let me. someone can help me please ?
The bank that it was to be deposited in changed names and routing numbers, I cannot find the routing number that it went to but I can see where it went thru the bank
I use the Payout Reconciliation report in Stripe to manually enter my sales, fees & refunds once a month. In January there were refunds issued on 1/29/21 that hit the bank on 2/1/21. How do I account for these since they are in two different months? I am trying to reconcile my bank account and I am out the amount of the refunds. TIA
I have two clients that both use the same bank. I migrated the second client with minimal challenges from a remote server desktop version so that both are using the same version of QBOnline (they purchased via Techsoup). But though the first client has had no trouble connecting to the bank (a fantastic service) for several years, I cannot get the second one to work. I know it's not on the bank end because a) I can log in directly and b) the first client's connection works without fail. Tech support couldn't help me, so I'm wondering if anyone has tried something "off the page" that helped. I get error 105 "bank down for maintenance" which I know not to be true. Been trying for 3 weeks off and on now!
